Patent number: 11927225Abstract: A sliding spline shaft device of the present invention includes a male spline and a female spline that is fitted to the male spline in an axially slidable manner, and at least one of the splines has a surface processed layer. The surface processed layer includes an undercoat layer, an intermediate layer containing phosphate, and a topcoat layer containing solid lubricant, in this order. The undercoat layer contains iron nitride and/or iron carbide. Thus, the surface of a base material has high hardness. As a result, microscopic deformation of the sliding surface is reduced, and increase in a real contact area is suppressed, whereby stick-slip is prevented.Type: GrantFiled: April 12, 2019Date of Patent: March 12, 2024Assignees: NISSAN MOTOR CO., LTD., NIHON PARKERIZING CO., LTD.Inventors: Shigetoshi Kashiwabara, Kunio Katada, Shunsuke Hiraiwa, Akihumi Kawaguchi, Takeo Nishijima, Shinichi Suzuki, Yasuyuki Katsumada, Makoto Nakajima, Tokunori Kodama, Masato Ito, Aiki Iwasa

Patent number: 7848427Abstract: For each pixel in an operation block, an effective pixel determining unit sets a predetermined pixel difference (threshold value) on a time-base pixel difference. When the time-base pixel difference is less than the set predetermined pixel difference, it is determined that the pixel contributes to (or are effective in) motion vector detection, and uses the pixel in the gradient method in the case of performing motion vector detection. When the time-base pixel difference is not less than the set predetermined pixel difference, it is determined that the pixel is regarded as having a possibility to generate irregularity in movement, and the pixel is excluded from the gradient operation in the case of performing motion vector detection. The present invention is applicable to a signal processing apparatus for performing frame frequency conversion from a 24 P signal to a 60 P signal.Type: GrantFiled: April 8, 2005Date of Patent: December 7, 2010Assignee: Sony CorporationInventors: Takashi Horishi, Norifumi Yoshiwara, Yukihiro Nakamura, Akihiko Kaino, Kunio Kawaguchi, Yasuaki Takahashi, Yuta Choki, Tetsujiro Kondo
