    Abstract: An EGR (exhaust gas recycling) system for diminishing the harmful substances of the exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine by recycling a portion thereof into the gas in-take side, comprises forming the EGR valve body and other essential parts of aluminum alloy castings and coating the portions thereof exposed to the exhaust gas with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene, e.g., Teflon). This phenomenally improves the corrosion-resistance and some other functions thereof.
