  • Publication number: 20160176666
Abstract: Provided are a paper feeding device that can stably feed one sheet of paper at a time to a paper feeding unit hopper of a printer or die cutting device. A paper feeding device comprising a paper feeding tray on which a plurality of sheets are stacked in the vertical direction, a sheet feeding means that sends, in the horizontal direction, the sheet that is located at the top of the plurality of sheets stacked on the paper feeding tray, and a pair of feeding rollers that deliver the sheet by grasping the leading edge of the sheet that is sent by the sheet feeding means, wherein the feeding rollers are variable speed rollers for which the circumferential speed can be increased and decreased while sending one sheet from the leading edge to the trailing edge.

  • Patent number: 5915302
Abstract: To provide a printer ink exchange apparatus which can 1 greatly shorten a wash liquid recovery time, 2 dissolve a dilution by the residual wash liquid in the ink circulation and supply passage so that a lowering of the ink viscosity (density) can be prevented and 3 dissolve a mixing of the ink of the previous order in the ink circulation and supply passage so that the ink for a new order is prevented from becoming turbid, and as a result, can enhance the productivity and the printing quality.

  • Patent number: 5671676
Abstract: A flexographic printer in which ink supplied into a nip portion of inking rolls. The inking rolls include a rubber roll and an anilox roll. An inking roll cover is provided around the inking rolls. Clean air is directed into the inking roll cover through a filter, such as by a fan which blows air through an air vent into the inking roll cover so as to form a slightly higher static pressure within the inking roll cover than in the peripheral area. As a result, air is ejected to the outside of the inking roll cover from a gap between the inking roll cover and the printing cylinder. A dynamic pressure caused by the air prevents paper dust, paper scraps or other scattering dust, etc., from coming within the inking roll cover, thereby preventing such from sticking on the outer circumferential face of the rubber roll or the anilox roll, or from mixing with the ink supplied into the nip portion of the rubber roll and the anilox roll.
