  • Publication number: 20230257938
Abstract: An industrial two-layered fabric includes a front side fabric with warps and wefts and a back side fabric with warps and wefts. The front and back side fabrics are bound by binding warps. A first pair of warps consists of the front side warp and back side warp. A second pair of warps consists of two binding warps. A mutually complementary structure presents where one of the two binding warps forms consecutive knuckles on the front surface while another one of the two binding warps does not emerge on the front surface side, and where the another one of the two binding warps forms consecutive knuckles on the front surface whereas the one of the two binding warps does not emerge on the front surface side. A back side warp and an adjacent binding warp form knuckles below a one back side weft and another one back side weft.

  • Patent number: 11668049
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide an industrial two-layered fabric including binding wefts which is capable of improving a high adhesivity of the fabric on the front and back surface sides and the supportability of the warps, without deteriorating the surface smoothness, the abrasion resistance on the back surface side, the extension resistance in the longitudinal direction and the hydration property, which have been conventionally desired.

  • Patent number: 6357348
Abstract: A heat-sensitive stencil master making apparatus for making a stencil master by imagewise perforating thermoplastic film of heat-sensitive stencil master material according to an image on an original includes a thermal head which has an array of a plurality of heater elements and is brought into thermal contact with the thermoplastic film. Heater elements selected from the array of the heater elements according to the image on the original are applied with an electric voltage so that perforations are formed in the parts of the thermoplastic film of the heat-sensitive stencil master material in contact with the selected heater elements.

  • Publication number: 20010012128
Abstract: A composited area desired in a base original is indicated by a coordinate input device (5a) of an image editing apparatus (3), and the base original is read by a scanner section (10) of the image editing apparatus (3). An extracted area desired in the other original is indicated by the coordinate input device (5a), and a desired editorial process is designated by a command input device (5b). A editing device (6) performs a scaling operation such that the size of an image to be extracted from the other original by the scanner section (10) becomes identical with the size of the composited area of the base original, thus changing reading of the scanner section (10). The resultantly-extracted image data is composited into the composited area, and the composited data is output and printed by a print device (12).

  • Patent number: 4857291
Abstract: Disclosed is a novel process of producing plate-shaped calcium carbonate particles. The process comprises the steps of adding aqueous calcium hydrogen carbonate solution with a temperature of less than 50.degree. C. into an aqueous medium bath held at a temperature of not less than 50.degree. C. to generate plate-shaped calcium carbonate particles in the bath, the temperature of the bath being kept not less than 50.degree. C. during the addition of the aqueous calcium hydrogen carbonate solution; and recovering the generated plate-shape calcium carbonate particles.

  • Patent number: 4824654
Abstract: Disclosed is a novel process of producing needle-shaped calcium carbonate particles. In the process of the present invention, aqueous calcium hydroxide solution is added to an aqueous medium bath with a temperature of not less than 60.degree. C. into which carbon dioxide gas or a carbon dioxide-containing gas is being blown to generate needle-shaped calcium carbonate particles. The temperature of the aqueous medium bath is kept not less than 60.degree. C. during the addition of the aqueous calcium hydroxide solution. Then the generated needle-shaped calcium carbonate particles are recovered.
