  • Patent number: 7823799
Abstract: A heat source unit includes a compressor, a heat-source-side heat exchanger, an outdoor blower, and a controller for electric devices. A hydrothermal exchange unit accommodates water heat exchangers, water pipes, pumps and a controller, and is connected to the heat source unit via refrigerating pipes and electric wiring. A tank unit has tanks for storing hot water obtained as a result of heat exchange by the water heat exchangers. The hydrothermal exchange unit has a housing. The front, rear, upper, left and right sides of the housing are covered with panels. A bottom plate for the housing is disposed a predetermined distance above the lower end of the housing. The housing accommodates the hydrothermal exchange unit, and a space below the bottom plate of the housing accommodates connectors for the water pipes and refrigerant pipes. This completely prevents freezing of the water pipes, makes use-side units compact, and improves operation efficiency.

  • Patent number: 4904016
Abstract: A front spoiler arrangement installed at the front end section lower part of an automotive vehicle body. The front spoiler arrangement is comprised of a retractable spoiler fin supported by a pair of swingable arms which are spaced from each other and driven respectively by a pair of drive mechanism. Each swingable arm is securely connected at one end section thereof to the spoiler fin and at the other end section thereof to a rotatable drive shaft of each drive mechanism in such a manner that a mount rubber is interposed between the swingable arm and the drive shaft, thereby permitting lateral movement of the swingable arm relative to the drive shaft.

  • Patent number: 3940999
Abstract: A liquid passageway is formed in a vessel and is filled with liquid, which flows in response to a shock or an acceleration applied to the vessel, and signal detection means produces an electrical signal in accordance with the velocity of the liquid flow. Threshold presetting means is disposed within the liquid passageway on one side of the signal detection means, and permits a passageway of the liquid therethrough only for a liquid pressure which exceeds a given value. A check valve is disposed within the liquid passageway on the opposite side of the signal detection means with respect to the threshold presetting means. The check valve permits a flow of the liquid toward the threshold presetting means, but blocks a movement of the liquid in the opposite direction. That amount of the liquid which has moved past the threshold presetting means is returned to the liquid passageway by passing it through a return path so as to flow through the check valve in a forward direction.
