  • Publication number: 20190388993
Abstract: A hybrid welding apparatus selectively switches between MAG welding and TIG welding. The apparatus includes a control device (1), which includes a welding output unit (10) for outputting a welding voltage and a welding current. When MAG welding is selected, the positive terminal of the welding output unit (10) is connected to a MAG welding torch (2), and the negative terminal is connected to a welding base material (4). Meanwhile, when TIG welding is selected, the positive terminal of the welding output unit (10) is connected to the welding base material, and the negative terminal is connected to a TIG welding torch (3).

  • Patent number: 7627396
Abstract: There is provided an industrial robot which comprises a manipulator having a tool at the tip end, a robot control unit for controlling the manipulator, and a primary teaching device and subsidiary teaching device for controlling the manipulator through the robot control unit, wherein operation capable of being conducted by the subsidiary teaching device is restricted as compared with operation capable of being conducted by the primary teaching device. By realizing the industrial robot, it is possible to prevent a production line worker from executing a function of the robot which is originally to be executed by a supervisor.

  • Publication number: 20040054439
Abstract: A robot control apparatus, with which the limitation due to difference in the input-output mode of peripheral devices is lessened and a robot control system can be structured flexibly. The present robot control apparatus includes a robot arm control unit for controlling action of a robot arm and a sequence controller for controlling an apparatus other than the robot arm. The sequence controller comprises a control section for outputting signals for controlling operation of the apparatus and an input-output section for delivering the signals to the apparatus. The input-output section comprises a dedicated section and a common processing section which transfers signals to the dedicated section. The dedicated section is disposed detachable to the common processing section, and outputs a signal in accordance with a predetermined output mode. Thus the present robot control apparatus can comply with different input-output modes of peripheral facilities forming a robot control system.

  • Patent number: 6570355
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a control apparatus for a robot in which the work efficiency is improved in the whole robot peripheral system including the robot, and in which considering the increase in the consciousness of safety such as the standardization of safety apparatuses, both the reliability of the safety circuit of the control apparatus for a robot and the ensuring of the safety are improved. By connecting, to peripheral devices outside the robot, each intermediate output signal line for extracting the operation signal or the emergency stop signal of each of the plurality of switches each assigned to a factor causing the stop of the robot, a factor to cause the stop of the robot body alone can be distinguished from a factor to cause the stop of both the robot body and the peripheral devices.
