  • Patent number: 4722422
Abstract: An emergency escape apparatus allows safe escape from a tall building on fire. It includes a case carried by a user on his back. A wire wound around a reel mounted in the case has one end secured to the case. With the other end of the wire secured to the building, the user jumps down. The wire is drawn out of the case, and a brake device in the case applies a braking force to the wire, allowing the user land softly.

  • Patent number: 4451222
Abstract: An improved apparatus for producing concrete pipes includes a molding box and a pair of runner wheels for supporting the molding box. The box is vibrated while being rotated to disperse the components of ballast uniformly with sand and cement interposed therebetween. This apparatus makes it possible to produce concrete pipes having a higher strength.

  • Patent number: 4360331
Abstract: An apparatus for molding a concrete pipe in which a belt conveyor runs parallel to the axis of a molding flask and is adapted to longitudinally move in the molding flask within the range between both ends of the molding flask. The belt conveyor is subjected to intermittent longitudinal movement at a fixed traveling distance in response to a prescribed degree of compactedness of concrete attained in each position where the belt conveyor stops.

  • Patent number: 4311632
Abstract: A process of molding a concrete pipe is proposed. The attainment of a predetermined degree of compactedness of fresh concrete is electrically detected through a pressing roller by which the fresh concrete is compacted in a molding flask. When a predetermined degree of compactedness of concrete is attained in one place within the molding flask, a belt conveyor for feeding the molding flask with fresh concrete is automatically moved to the next place.
