Abstract: This application provides a detection method and detection system for battery production, a production method and production system for battery, an electronic device, a non-transient computer-readable storage medium, and a computer program product, where a battery includes a cell and an end cover. The detection method includes: obtaining a detection image including the cell coated with a film and the end cover; obtaining a gap value between an edge of the film and the end cover based on the detection image; and determining whether the gap value between the edge of the film and the end cover meets a preset standard.

Abstract: An electrode plate detection apparatus, method and system are disclosed. The electrode plate detection apparatus includes a detection module and a first image acquisition module. The first image acquisition module is configured to acquire images of different coating regions on an electrode plate, and send the images of the different coating regions to the detection module. The detection module is configured to detect the electrode plate according to the images of the different coating regions. As the first image acquisition module can be configured to implement the acquisition of the images of the different coating regions on the electrode plate, compared with the need to use different image acquisition modules for different coating regions, the number of the image acquisition modules can be reduced, thereby reducing the cost of the electrode plate detection apparatus.

Abstract: A machine vision detection method includes receiving a three-dimensional image of a part to be detected including a first part and a second part, determining a plurality of sampling positions that satisfy sampling conditions, acquiring first sample data of the three-dimensional image of the first part at sampling positions and second sample data of the three-dimensional image of the second part at the sampling positions, calculating a first height difference between a plurality of first sample data and a second height difference between a plurality of second sample data, calculating a third height difference between the first sample data and the second sample data, and determining that the part to be detected is unqualified when any one of the first height difference, the second height difference, and the third height difference fails to meet a preset detection criterion.

Abstract: The present application relates to a method, apparatus and system for inspecting a cell crush, a computer device, a storage medium, and a computer program product. The method may include: acquiring images of a flowing cell assembly by a high-speed image acquisition device; extracting image features from the images of the cell assembly; performing similarity matching between the image features and a preset crush model to obtain a similarity matching result; and obtaining a cell crush inspection result based on the similarity matching result.
