    Abstract: A dual power supply transfer switch (SSATS) for switching between a first power supply (S1) and a second power supply (S2) to supply power to a load is provided, includes: a solid-state switch (SS); a mechanical switch (CTR); and a compensation power module (AUX). In the case that the S1 fails in supplying power to the load, the AUX uses the S2 to supply power to the load, and the output current of the S1 is reduced. After satisfying the turn off condition for the SS, the SS turns off the S1, the CTR turns off the S1 and turns on the S2. After the S2 is adjusted to synchronize with the phase of the output current of the S1, the SS turns on the S2 and the AUX stops outputting current. The SSATS provides advantages such as fast transfer, zero interruption, and short voltage sag time.

    Abstract: This application provides a terminal device and a wireless communications method. When the terminal device is in a dual connectivity network including an LTE link and an NR link, the terminal device determines, based on a service transmission rate related to an actual transmission rate, whether to disconnect the NR link. If the service transmission rate is relatively low, the terminal device disconnects the NR link. If the service transmission rate is relatively high, the terminal device does not disconnect a first link, and uses both the NR link and the LTE link for communication. In this way, power consumption of the terminal device can be effectively reduced without affecting the user experience on transmission rate, the user experience on power consumption is improved, and the user experiences on transmission rate and power consumption are balanced to some extent.

    Abstract: An intelligent layout design method of curvilinearly stiffened structure based on image feature learning. Firstly, the design variables of the curvilinearly stiffened structure are determined based on the path function. The autoencoder network is built to complete the learning of the structural characteristics of the image, and the transfer learning of the model is further carried out. The convolution neural network is built to complete the learning of the image set with mechanical response labels. Finally, the evolutionary algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the curvilinearly stiffened structure based on the model. The invention solves the problem that the traditional optimization method is difficult to deal with the optimization design with many and variable design variables, and is expected to become one of the most potential technical means involved in the layout design of components in the engineering field.
