Abstract: A method for forming a semiconductor structure is provided. The method includes forming a spacer layer along a first fin structure and a second fin structure, etching a first portion of the spacer layer and the first fin structure to form first fin spacers and a first recess between the first fin spacers, etching a second portion of the spacer layer and the second fin structure to form second fin spacers and a second recess between the second fin spacers, and forming a first source/drain feature in the first recess and a second source/drain feature in the second recess. The second fin structure is wider than the first fin structure. The first fin spacers have a first height, and the second fin spacers have a second height that is greater than the first height.

Abstract: There is provided an optical sensor package including a substrate, a base layer, an optical detection region, a light source and a light blocking wall. The base layer is arranged on the substrate. The light detection region and the light source are arranged on the base layer. The light blocking wall is arranged on the base layer, and located between the light detection region and the light source to block light directly propagating from the light source to the light detection region.

Abstract: A method of making a flexible sheet heater includes the steps of (i) bonding an electrically conductive fabric and an support member formed of a PET film and a layer of acrylic together, ii) stamp-cutting the electrically conductive fabric to form a heating element having a predetermined loop, iii) attaching two electrical terminals to two distal ends of the heating element respectively, iv) bonding a first flexible protective sheet member to one side of the heating element opposite to the PET film, v) removing the PET film from the heating element; and vi) bonding a second flexible protective sheet member to the other side of the heating element opposite to the first flexible protective sheet member so that the heating element is sandwiched between the first and second flexible protective sheet members.
