    Abstract: A high-voltage semiconductor device structure is provided. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure includes a semiconductor substrate, a source ring in the semiconductor substrate, and a drain region in the semiconductor substrate. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure also includes a doped ring surrounding sides and a bottom of the source ring and a well region surrounding sides and bottoms of the drain region and the doped ring. The well region has a conductivity type opposite to that of the doped ring. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure further includes a conductor electrically connected to the drain region and extending over and across a periphery of the well region. In addition, the high-voltage semiconductor device structure includes a shielding element ring between the conductor and the semiconductor substrate. The shielding element ring extends over and across the periphery of the well region.

    Abstract: An air-drying assembly has a cabinet and an air conditioner. The cabinet has a door, a drying space, an air outlet, a fan and a drain device. The drying space is formed in the cabinet. The air outlet communicates with the drying space and outside of the cabinet. The fan is mounted near the air outlet in the cabinet. The drain device is mounted under the drying space in the cabinet. The air conditioner has an exhaust port that is mounted in the cabinet and communicates with the drying space. When the air conditioner is operated, airflow exhausted from the exhaust port can dry clothing or tableware in the drying space. Kinetic energy and heat energy of airflow is not wasted to provide an energy-saving effect.

    Abstract: A foam filter and the manufacturing method thereof is disclosed. The method for manufacturing a foam filter includes the following steps: First, mixing the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with water by heating until the PVA is dissolved to form a solution (A) and then cooling said solution (A). At the same time, mixing the vegetable starch with water to form a paste-type solution (B). After that, mixing said solution (A) with said solution (B) to form a solution (C) followed by adding formaldehyde, catalyst and active carbon into said solution (C) to form a paste mixture. Then soaking a polyurethane (PU) foam into said paste mixture and heating said paste mixture to acetalize said PVA therein. Finally, cooling said paste mixture.
