The IoT device includes a battery, an antenna, a radio frequency module, and a processor. The radio frequency module is configured to transmit or receive signals through the antenna, and the radio frequency module has a first power state and a second power state. The processor is configured to detect a first voltage of the battery corresponding to the first power state, detect a second voltage of the battery corresponding to the second power state, compare a voltage difference and a difference threshold between the first voltage and the second voltage, and determine that the battery is in a low battery state according to a comparison result. The first power state is power saving, standby, sleep, or off. The second power state is wake-up, operational, or normal.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for receiving a data by an adaptive code rate over a wireless network. First, a first data packet and a second data packet both corresponding to an identical portion of the data are encoded and received by a first puncturing matrix. If the results of the decoding of the first data packet and the second data packet are both failures, the first data packet combines with the second data packet into a third data packet. Then, the third data packet is decoded to obtain the data. If the result of decoding of the third data packet is still a failure, the portion of the data is encoded by a second puncturing matrix whose code rate is lower than that of the first puncturing matrix. The steps mentioned above are performed repeatedly until the portion of the data is decoded correctly.

A lock is put in the space for movement between an engagement position and a disengagement position. In the engagement position, the lock is engaged with the screw so that rotation of the screw relative to the lock causes their relative movement. In the disengagement position, the lock is disengaged from the screw so that the screw can be moved relative to the lock freely. A key is put in the cavity for moving the lock between the engagement position corresponding to a fine-tuning step and the disengagement position corresponding to a quick adjustment step.

The locating device is also drivably mounted on the frame for fixing the horizontal metal strip relative to the frame when the three folding tools do not clamp the strip.
