  • Publication number: 20240426030
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing a polyester elastic conjugated yarn, comprising: forming a polyester yarn by using a polyester fiber as a raw material through a false twisting process; forming a thermoplastic polyester elastomer yarn by using a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) as a raw material through an unwinding process; and combining the polyester yarn and the thermoplastic polyester elastomer yarn in a fiber blending process to obtain the polyester elastic conjugated yarn. The invention further discloses a polyester elastic conjugated yarn, and a yarn and a fabric comprising the polyester elastic conjugated yarn.

  • Publication number: 20190292691
Abstract: The present invention relates to a conjugate fiber with moisture-absorbed elongation characterized by comprising a polyamide-containing component and a polyolefin-containing component. The conjugate fiber consists of the configuration of sun-moon side-by-side type or the configuration of eccentric core-sheath type. The conjugate fiber according to the present invention has a moisture-absorbed elongation effect. The length of the conjugate fiber increases by water-absorbing or moisture-absorbing, and the fiber recovers to original length after moisture-releasing.

  • Publication number: 20180030619
Abstract: The invention provides a down-like fiber which comprises a hollow stem and a plurality of shaped lobes arranged radially around the stem wherein each shaped lobe has a bottom end and a head end opposite the bottom end. The bottom end attaches to the surface of the hollow stem and two adjacent head ends do not connect to one another to form an opening. The present invention also provides a spinneret and a method for manufacturing the above fiber.

  • Publication number: 20150252494
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing polyester fibers which improves the defects that polyester fibers and the textiles thereof cannot be easily dyed. In such method, fibers could be dyed by using dispersed dyes at ambient pressure and a temperature of 100° C. or less without adding carrying agents, and have good dyeability, high dyeing deepness and excellent color fastness. The textiles thereof have excellent dyeing retention. In the said method for producing fibers which could be easily dyed at low temperature, a composition consisting of 99.9 to 60% by weight of a first polyester component with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of greater than 20° C. to 100° C. and 0.1 to 40% by weight of a second polyester component with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 20° C. to ?50° C. is melted and spun to such polyester fibers.

  • Publication number: 20150203993
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a low surface energy fiber having a long-term liquid repellency and anti-stain effect. The present invention relates to an addition of a specific ratio of low surface energy additives to a thermoplastic polymer used as a spinning raw material, which is subjected to spinning processing procedure, such as melting spinning, to produce fibers with a surface tension of between 25˜72 dyne/cm.

  • Publication number: 20110008620
Abstract: The present invention relates to a fiber with 4T cross section, comprising four T-shaped lobes, each of said T-shaped lobes having a cap portion and a leg portion, the leg portion of each of said lobes intersecting at the center of the fiber, each of said lobes separating from each other, and the adjacent T-shaped lobes forming an open hollow portion. Moreover, parameters such as Denier, opening range of the hollow portion, hollowness ratio, and degree of variation of the cross section are specifically defined. The fiber of this invention has guide channels design and thus can preserve relatively large clearances. Accordingly, the fabrics woven by the fiber of this invention have the outstanding capabilities of absorbing moisture and relieving sweat and the effect of keeping warm without creating a muggy feeling.
