Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor structure is provided, and includes trimming a first substrate to form a recess on a sidewall of the first substrate. A conductive structure is formed in the first substrate. The method includes bonding the first substrate to a carrier. The method includes thinning down the first substrate. The method also includes forming a dielectric material in the recess and over a top surface of the thinned first substrate. The method further includes performing a planarization process to remove the dielectric material and expose the conductive structure over the top surface. In addition, the method includes removing the carrier from the first substrate.

Abstract: An impeller is provided, including a metal housing, a shaft, and a plastic member. The metal housing has a shaft mounting hole. The inner surface of the shaft mounting hole includes three or more contact points, and the contact points are closer to the shaft than other portions of the inner surface of the shaft mounting hole. The shaft passes through the shaft mounting hole and is affixed by the contact points. The metal housing divides the shaft into an upper section, a middle section, and a lower section. The plastic member passes through the shaft mounting hole and is in contact with the middle section.

Abstract: A mobile electronic device protective cover includes a cover body for holding a mobile electronic device, a sliding plate transversely mounted in a back side of the cover body and having a fragrant carrier and movable in and out of one lateral side of the cover body between an extended position and a received position, and a cover plate mounted in the back side of the cover body to keep the sliding plate from sight when the sliding plate is in the received position and having an air vent hole for enabling the good smell of the fragrance in the fragrant carrier to be diffused into the atmosphere.

Abstract: A method provides a more intuitive way of operating the playback of a video file of an event data recorder. By using GPS coordinates on a recorded video file, a route may be generated accordingly and displayed on a map. The GPS coordinates forming the route have exact mapping relation with the time line of the corresponding video file and direct operation of a slider is provided on the route of the map so that any corresponding frame of the video file may be displayed accordingly.

Abstract: An electronic program guide (EPG) server bridges at least one middleware server with at least one set-top box (STB). The EPG server transmits an EPG request to the middleware server to receive electronic program guides comprising one or more different file formats to the middleware server and transforms the EPGs into EPGs having a preset file format. The EPG server further transmits the EPGs with the preset file format to the at least one STB.
