In addition, the frame, being small-sized, light and thin, makes it easier for the users to carry the mobile phones with them. Of which, the body is a mono-block casting with an opening section on the top, while the covering lid is coupled to the body via a first hinge such that the covering lid can be flipped to open from or flipped to close towards the body; the battery is installed inside the body and is loaded into or unloaded from the body via the opening section; the battery lid, which is installed on top of the opening section to hold the battery, is coupled to the body via a second hinge such the battery lid can also be flipped to open from or flipped to close towards the body. In practice, the battery lid can be a keypad module of the mobile phone, while the first and the second hinge can be situated at the same side either having respective axes or sharing the same axis. Moreover, the mobile phone can further include a circuit board which is installed between the battery and the body.

    Abstract: The Invention describes a design of mobile phone. The design includes a phone body, a keypad module, and a covering lid. The phone body has a surface port to which the keypad module can be attached. The attachment of the keypad module secures the battery inside the phone body firmly, and thus reinforces the structural strength of the mobile phone. Different keypad modules can be attached, and thus increases the variety the phone can offer. The keypad module is connected to the main circuit board electrically through the keypad connector. The covering lid, pivoted by the cover hinge, can be rotationally moved relatively to the phone body.

By means of control software, such mobile phone selects one SIM card connector from among several and makes the selected one enabled.     Abstract: A mobile phone with base-detachable hinge structure is provided. The mobile phone compromises a base unit, a display unit, a hinge structure and a protection casing. The hinge structure, which can be attached to and detached from the base unit by means of a fixing device, is detachable from the display unit and the base unit. The design of base-detachable hinge structure in the invention facilitates the assembly and repair of the mobile phone, lest the hinge structures would be damaged during the process of disassembly resulting in discarded base units. As a result, it becomes environmentally friendly that unnecessary waste is reduced and the usefulness of the base unit improved.
