    Abstract: A fabricating method of a semiconductor chip includes the following steps. Firstly, a substrate is provided, wherein an amorphous semiconductor layer is formed in a first surface of the substrate. Then, a first metal layer is formed on the amorphous semiconductor layer. Then, a thermal-treating process is performed to result in a chemical reaction between the first metal layer and a part of the amorphous semiconductor layer, thereby producing an amorphous metal semiconductor compound layer. Afterwards, a microwave annealing process is performed to recrystallize the amorphous metal semiconductor compound layer as a polycrystalline metal semiconductor compound layer.

    Abstract: The present invention relates a microwave activation annealing process, which includes: the providing of a semiconductor process to form a semiconductor device on a substrate; activation: using a microwave device to perform microwave activation on the semiconductor device with frequency in the range of 2.45 GHz and 24.15 GHz and temperature in the range of 100° C. and 600° C.; annealing: using the microwave device to perform microwave annealing on the semiconductor device with frequency in the range 2.45 GHz to 24.15 GHz and temperature in the range 100° C. to 600° C.; by doing so, the present invention can, in the premise without the destruction of material property and structural interface and be able to shorten process time and enhance heating homogeneity, achieve the objective of activation annealing, hence, it can solve the defects caused by the heat treatment technique of prior art high temperature activation annealing.

    Abstract: A merchandise transaction system and data reading device capable of gathering statistics of overall consuming detail data are provided. The data reading device comprises an input interface, a display interface, a data collecting processor, and a plurality of connecting ports.     Abstract: A data accessing device with multiple verification functions and a verification system are provided. The device comprises an electronic certificate reader and a radio frequency signal reader in an outer housing. The electronic certificate reader can access an electronic certificate displayed in a portable electronic device of a user through an optical path, while the radio frequency signal reader accesses a personal radio frequency identification label of a user through a radio frequency path. The electronic certificate data and personal radio frequency identification label data is sent to a verification system to be processed and compared with user data stored in a user database to determine whether the access electronic certificate and personal radio frequency identification label are correct or whether there is a corresponding relationship therebetween.

    Abstract: An electronic transaction system and an electronic transaction method thereof mainly comprise at least one issuing unit to generate at least one electronic certificate capable of representing the issuing unit or transaction object and at least one personal radio frequency identification capable of representing corresponding users according to the demanding application. The applying data associated with users can be stored in a certified management unit, wherein the electronic certificate can be stored in a portable electronic device owned by the user and displayed in the display screen of the portable electronic device. The personal radio frequency identification can also be kept by the user. When the user wants to proceed a shopping transaction, a sale end operation device of a sale end reads the electronic certificate and personal radio frequency identification, respectively, and connects to the certified management unit via a telecommunication device.
