  • Publication number: 20240145482
Abstract: A thin film transistor includes a bottom gate, a semiconductor layer, a top gate, a first auxiliary conductive pattern, a source, and a drain. The semiconductor layer includes a first semiconductor region, a second semiconductor region, a first heavily doped region, a second heavily doped region, a third heavily doped region, a first lightly doped region, a second lightly doped region, and a third lightly doped region. The first heavily doped region and the second heavily doped region are respectively located on two sides of the first semiconductor region. Two ends of the second semiconductor region are directly connected to the third heavily doped region and the third lightly doped region, respectively. The top gate is electrically connected to the bottom gate. The source and the drain are respectively electrically connected to the third heavily doped region and the second heavily doped region of the semiconductor layer.

  • Patent number: 11959101
Abstract: A cell activation reactor and a cell activation method are provided. The cell activation reactor includes a body, a rotating part, an upper cover, a microporous film, and multiple baffles. The body has an accommodating space, which is suitable for accommodating multiple cells and multiple magnetic beads. The rotating part is disposed in the accommodating space and includes multiple impellers. The microporous film is disposed in the accommodating space and covers multiple holes of the accommodating space. The baffles are disposed in the body. When the rotating part is driven to rotate, the interaction between the baffles and the impellers separates the cells and the magnetic beads.

  • Patent number: 5718433
Abstract: An improved central score block structure for electronic dart games includes a primary score block corresponding to a double bull's eye, a secondary score block corresponding to a bull's eye, and a plurality of resilient elements for supporting respective urge posts of the score blocks. The secondary score block has a slightly tapered central hole having a flanged baffle ring at an outer end. The primary score block is inserted into the central hole of the secondary score block such that its front and rear ends are properly checked by the front and rear ends of the central hole while capable of free displacement therein. The primary score block and the secondary score block will individually respond to a dart hitting the respective rings represented thereby to display the correct score.

  • Patent number: 5531450
Abstract: A dart board mounting structure includes one or two symmetrical dart holders which may be freely connected to an upper side or lower side of a circumferential wall of the dart board. Notches are formed in the wall of the dart board for holding the dart holders. Each dart holder is a stepped board consisting of a higher step and a lower step. The higher step has a curved surface with one or two T-shaped legs. The lower step is connected to an elongated plate via a tear-off line. The elongated plate has a plurality of jaws, and rings are disposed between adjacent jaws. A plurality of pins corresponding to the rings are provided on the lower step abutting the higher step. A stop is provided at either sides of the plurality of pins for retaining the elongated plate after it is torn off the lower step and fitted on the pins.
