  • Patent number: 11955496
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an image sensor having a photodiode surrounded by a back-side deep trench isolation (BDTI) structure, and an associated method of formation. In some embodiments, a plurality of pixel regions is disposed within an image sensing die and respectively comprises a photodiode configured to convert radiation into an electrical signal. The photodiode comprises a photodiode doping column with a first doping type surrounded by a photodiode doping layer with a second doping type that is different than the first doping type. A BDTI structure is disposed between adjacent pixel regions and extending from the back-side of the image sensor die to a position within the photodiode doping layer. The BDTI structure comprises a doped liner with the second doping type and a dielectric fill layer. The doped liner lines a sidewall surface of the dielectric fill layer.

  • Patent number: 7749783
Abstract: A method of forming a display panel includes providing a first substrate having a transparent electrode, and a second substrate having a pixel electrode. Subsequently, an alignment material is provided and covers on the transparent electrode and/or the pixel electrode, and a photoelectric twisting layer is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate. The alignment material is first in a non-aligned state, and is radiation-polymerizable. The photoelectric twisting layer does not include any radiation-polymerizable material. Thereafter, a voltage difference is applied to drive molecules of the photoelectric twisting layer, and a radiating process is performed on the alignment material. The twisted molecules of the photoelectric twisting layer induce the surface molecules of the alignment material to arrange in an ordered state, and the alignment material is polymerized according to the ordered state as a first alignment film.

  • Publication number: 20060109804
Abstract: Provided is a system for parallel transmission over WLAN and method therefor. The method comprises causing a first mobile station to transmit an RTS and causing a second mobile station to transmit a CTS after receiving the RTS; searching third mobile stations to find any one receiving the RTS not the CTS and taking it as transmitting terminal; after receiving the CTS causing the first mobile station to transmit a first fragmentation to the second mobile station, after receiving the first fragmentation causing the second mobile station to reply to the first mobile station with an ACK, and repeatedly causing the first mobile station to transmit a next fragmentation until the fragmentations have been transmitted; and causing the transmitting terminal to transmit an RTS to a receiving terminal when the first mobile station is transmitting, and causing the receiving terminal to transmit a CTS after the second mobile station replying to the first mobile station with the ACK.

  • Patent number: 6371102
Abstract: A device for cutting a row of interconnected rectangular plate-shaped workpieces into a plurality of individual rectangular units, includes a machine bed, and a sliding member disposed slidably on the machine bed and movable along a straight path. A rectangular work seat is disposed rotatably on the sliding member, and is rotatable about a vertical axis on the sliding member. The work seat has four sides, a length and a width. A mounting frame is disposed around the work seat, and defines a rectangular hole therein, which has four sides that are respectively parallel to the four sides of the work seat, and a length and a width that are respectively and slightly larger than those of the work seat. An adhesive sheet has an adhesive top surface with an outer peripheral portion that is adhered to a bottom surface of the mounting frame. The interconnected workpieces are adhered to the top surface of the adhesive sheet so as to be cut while disposed inside the mounting frame.
