  • Publication number: 20090026655
Abstract: A forming method for fiber reinforced resin includes the following steps. First, put a stack of pre-pregs into a cavity of a die having a plurality of openings in communication with the cavity and the space outside the die. Then heat the die and exhaust air through the openings from the cavity of the die. Thus, the air bubbles between the pre-pregs as well as surplus resin can be drawn out such that the product has improved mechanical strength.

  • Patent number: 7371197
Abstract: A safety racket includes a head frame, a handle, a connecting portion, several nail members and a string. The head frame has a plurality of through holes. The connecting portion connects between the head frame and the handle. The nail members each have a head and at least one body extending along an axial direction from the head and inserted into the through hole. The body of the nail member has a distal end protruding from the through hole, and a lateral hole positioned at the distal end and extending along a direction substantially perpendicular to the axial direction. The string passes through the lateral hole and interweaved to form a net surface. Since the string is not exposed outside the head frame, the string is well protected to avoid damaging by external objects. The racket also has excellent shock-absorbing effect due to elastic material, such as rubber and plastic, adopted by the nail members.

  • Publication number: 20070102100
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a vehicle front frame includes wrapping a pre-preg around a mandrel and curing the pre-preg to form an upright tube. Secondly, winding two pre-pregs into two elongated tubes and connecting a middle portion of each of the two elongated tubes with an end of the upright tube. Then placing the upright tube and the two elongated tubes into a die. Inflating the two elongated tubes to make the two elongated tubes abut on the inner wall of the die, and curing the two elongated tubes to form a front fork that joins the upright tube. The manufacturing method has a simple operating process. In addition, the product made by the method has improved mechanical strength.
