Abstract: A weighted training vest includes a rear carrier and a front connected to each other by two shoulder straps. The rear carrier includes multiple counterweights disposed therein. A first tie strap and a second tie strap respectively have a middle portion horizontally secured on the rear carrier. Two opposite ends of the first tie strap and the second tie strap respectively extends from two opposite sides of the rear carrier. The front carrier includes multiple counterweights disposed therein. The front carrier includes at least one first turning structure and at least one second turning structure mounted thereon along a center line thereof.
