  • Publication number: 20070170830
Abstract: The present invention discloses an engaging structure for a drawer track in which a ball seat adapted between a movable track and an intermediate track to render the movable track moving smoothly in the fixed track, wherein an appropriate position on the inner wall of the movable track is pivoted with a swinging piece whose two sides extends to form a retaining piece and a guide tenon, respectively; the side edges of the protruding portion on the front top end of the intermediate track extends to form a pair of front and rear stop pieces with slant faces, which are longitudinally resilient; a coupled structure includes a coupled piece slidably mounted on the front end to middle section of the bottom of the movable track and the coupled piece is fabricated to form a slant guide on its rear end to be adapted onto the guide tenon; such that when the movable track is being pulled from or being pushed into the intermediate track, the retaining piece will touch the slant face of one of the stop pieces, which is in

  • Publication number: 20070159038
Abstract: A lock-controlled drawer slide structure comprises a lock device, a steel rope, and a latch device, wherein the lock-controlled drawer slide is connected with an interlocking device so as to lock several drawers securely. The lock device comprises a fixing main body, a lock head, a rotatory means, a pull plate, and a fixing plate. The steel rope comprises two fixing heads. The latch device comprises a base, a slidable means, a braking means, a fastening plate, and a cover. The steel rope is utilized to connect the lock device with the latch device securely without the use of complicated fixing structure. The drawers can be locked together by using the braking means that controls the interlocking device. When the braking device is released from being braked by the interlocking device, the braking device retrieves its ability to lock or unlock the upper or lower drawers.

  • Publication number: 20070040484
Abstract: An interlocking structure of drawers having a fixing bracket, a rotatory cam, two braking slides, and a guide plate is disclosed. The rotatory cam is inserted into a mounting trench of the fixing bracket such that a large pillar of the rotatory cam can be inserted into an arc-shaped limit trench for controlling the angular rotation of the rotatory cam. The braking slides are connected to each other such that a push block of the rotatory cam can push the braking slides outwardly. The guide plate is fixedly mounted at the front end of the sliding means, and a guide slideway is mounted on a lateral surface of the guide plate corresponding to the large pillar of the rotatory cam. The large pillar is guided by the guide slideway for movement, and the large pillar is guided by the guide slideway for controlling the angular rotation of the rotatory cam.

  • Publication number: 20050248247
Abstract: A stop assembly for the full-open drawer slide track consists of at least a projected tenon stamped formed at the end of the intermediate slide track and a stop retainer and a stop releaser mounted on the extension slide track in which the stop retainer and the stop releaser are under the compression spring to maintain in the normal operation condition. The stop retainer has a mitered guide to lead the projected tenon skidding into the slot under the stop retainer. While the extension slide track is being pulled outward, the mitered guide of the stop retainer will lead the projected tenon of the intermediate slide track into the slot of the stop retainer and the drawer will completely stop therein without further an outward over slide. This is a safety protection design for the drawer.

  • Publication number: 20040227442
Abstract: A structure improvement for sliding rail of drawers with longer life cycle and extendable length, mainly containing an outer sliding rail, an inner sliding rail, and a steelball-sliding sheet placed between the outer sliding rail and the inner sliding rail to guide the inner sliding rail to move freely. A rolling bearing is installed on the embedding end of the sliding rail, inside the inner groove of the outer sliding rail, so as to guide the movement inner sliding rail. With the rolling bearing against the top and the bottom retaining sheets of the inner groove, the steelball-sliding sheet and the rolling bearing provides multi-point support to resists against the moment of force. Shortening the steelball-sliding sheet's length increases extendable length of the inner sliding rail to the extend of full expansion, thus enhance the life cycle and the extendable length of the drawers.

  • Patent number: 6764151
Abstract: A guide rail for a drawer includes a stationary rail, a movable rail and a ball device. The movable rail is received in the stationary rail and the ball device disposed between the stationary rail and the movable rail. The stationary rail at an outer end thereof integrally extends upward a hollow stopper on the flat intermediate side thereof and the movable rail at the inner end thereof integrally extends downward a projection so that the stopper can press against the projection to constitute the outward movement limit of the movable rail. When the movable rail is forced to pull outward, the projection is exerted with a foreign force along an inner side of the stopper to become deformed and passes over the stopper so that the movable rail can slide apart from the stationary rail.

  • Patent number: 6650146
Abstract: A digital frequency comparator includes two double-edge triggered flip-flops and a combination logic. Each of the double-edge triggered flip-flops includes two D-type flip-flops and two multiplexers. The first D-type flip-flop receives a first reference clock pulse and is triggered by a data signal. The second D-type flip-flop receives the first reference clock pulse and is triggered by the reverse of the data signal. The first multiplexer provides the output of the first D-type flip-flop when the data signal is 1 and the output of the second D-type flip-flop when the data signal is 0. The second multiplexer provides the output of the first D-type flip-flop when the data signal is 0 and the output of the second D-type flip-flop when the data signal is 1. The combination logic enables an UP pulse when the data signal transmission clock is faster in frequency than the first reference clock signal.

  • Publication number: 20020135400
Abstract: A digital frequency comparator for clock-pulse recovery with “non-return-to-zero data transmission” includes a first double-edge triggered D flip-flop, a second double-edge triggered D flip-flop, and a combination logic. Firstly, the first double-edge triggered D flip-flop receives a data signal and a first reference clock signal, then makes use of the positive-and-negative triggering to output a first state signal and a second state signal of the first reference clock signal. Secondly, the second double-edge triggered D flip-flop receives a data signal and a second reference clock signal, then makes use of the positive-and-negative triggering to output a first state signal and a second state signal of the second reference clock signal. The phase angle of the second reference clock signal is 90-degree lagging behind the phase angle of the first reference clock signal.
