    Abstract: A thin film transistor includes a substrate, a semiconductor layer, a gate insulating layer, a gate, a source and a drain. The semiconductor layer is located above the substrate. The gate insulating layer is located above the semiconductor layer. The gate is located above the gate insulating layer and overlapping with the semiconductor layer. The gate includes a first portion, a second portion and a third portion. The first portion is extending along the surface of the gate insulating layer and directly in contact with the gate insulating layer. The second portion is separated from the gate insulating layer. Taking the surface of the gate insulating layer as a reference, the top surface of the second portion is higher than the top surface of the first portion. The third portion connects the first portion to the second portion. The source and the drain are electrically connected to the semiconductor layer.

    Abstract: A touch control system and a sensing method thereof. Wherein, a plurality of sensor units are connected respectively to a control electrode line and a detection electrode line. Each sensor unit includes: a first switching element and a second switching element connected in parallel, and a sensing electrode connected to the second switching element. A common electrode provides a trigger signal to each sensing electrode to form coupling. The control electrode line is used to selectively output a turn-off signal in sequence to each of the first switching elements, so that the detection electrode line acts in cooperation with the sensor unit, in response to the turn-off signal. When a touch action occurs, the sensing electrode utilizes the detection electrode line to detect variations of current signal passing through the sensor unit, based on turn-on extent of the second switching element, hereby obtaining at least a touch message.

The bottom layer is disposed on the substrate. The copper gate is disposed on the bottom layer. The gate-insulating layer covers the copper gate and the bottom layer. The channel layer is disposed on the gate-insulating layer and above the gate. The source/drain is disposed at two sides of the channel layer which is above the gate. By disposing the bottom layer, the problem of poor adhesion between the copper gate and the substrate can be solved.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating a liquid crystal display panel is provided. The method includes the following steps. First, a first substrate and a second substrate are provided, and an alignment film is respectively formed on the first and second substrate. Then, a sealant and a liquid crystal layer are formed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and the liquid crystal layer disposed between the first and second substrates is enclosed by the sealant. Wherein, the total ion concentration of the sealant is lower than 30 ppm with the concentration of Na+ lower than 10 ppm, the concentration of K+ lower than 5 ppm, the concentration of Mg+2 lower than 5 ppm and the concentration of Ca+2 lower than 5 ppm. Furthermore, a liquid crystal display panel and the sealant of a liquid crystal display panel are provided.

The bottom substrate includes at least an electrode pair, a dielectric layer, and a first phosphor layer covering the up surface of the bottom substrate. A first magnesium oxide layer and a second phosphor layer with patterns are disposed on the down surface of the top substrate, in which the down surface of the top substrate faces the up surface of the bottom substrate.
