    Abstract: A centrifugal compressor includes a volute base block, a volute cover plate, an impeller, a diffuser-adjusting assembly, a radial constraint assembly, an axial constraint assembly and a driving assembly. A diffuser and a connected volute are formed between the cover plate and the base block. The impeller discharges gas to the centrifugal compressor through the diffuser and the volute. The diffuser adjustment assembly includes a driving ring, a driving rod, a pin and a diffuser ring. The radial constraint assembly is disposed on an inner circumference surface of the driving ring. The axial constraint assembly on an outer circumference surface of the driving ring is located between the top and bottom portions. The drive assembly is to rotate the driving ring. When the driving ring rotates, the pin slides along the pin track, and the driving rod displaces the diffuser ring to adjust a flow-path width of the diffuser.

    Abstract: A reflective mask-less laser direct imaging system includes laser equipment that includes laser light sources, focusing lenses, a scanner and a compensating lens. The focusing lenses focus light beams onto a photosensitive layer of a substrate from the laser light sources. The scanner includes a rotatable polygonal mirror formed with multiple facets used to reflect the light beams to the substrate from the focusing lenses. The compensating lens includes a convex surface pointed at the polygonal mirror and a flat surface pointed at the compensating lens. The light beams go from the polygonal mirror into the compensating lens via the convex surface. The light beams leave the compensating lens via the flat surface before heading for the substrate.

    Abstract: A magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor includes a magnetic bearing spindle having a thrust disk, front and rear axial bearings, an impeller and at least one labyrinth seal. The front and the rear axial bearings are disposed individually to opposing sides of the thrust disk. First and second clearances exist axially between the rear and front axial bearings, respectively, and the thrust disk. The impeller connects a front end of the magnetic bearing spindle. The labyrinth seal pairs the magnetic bearing spindle into an oblique arrangement with respect to the axial direction, and each the labyrinth seal is spaced from the magnetic bearing spindle or the impeller by a labyrinth-seal clearance. By controlling the thrust disk axially, a clearance ratio of the first clearance to the second clearance can be varied to adjust the labyrinth-seal clearance. In addition, a magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor controlling method is also provided.

    Abstract: A magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor includes a magnetic bearing spindle having a thrust disk, front and rear axial bearings, an impeller and at least one labyrinth seal. The front and the rear axial bearings are disposed individually to opposing sides of the thrust disk. First and second clearances exist axially between the rear and front axial bearings, respectively, and the thrust disk. The impeller connects a front end of the magnetic bearing spindle. The labyrinth seal pairs the magnetic bearing spindle into an oblique arrangement with respect to the axial direction, and each the labyrinth seal is spaced from the magnetic bearing spindle or the impeller by a labyrinth-seal clearance. By controlling the thrust disk axially, a clearance ratio of the first clearance to the second clearance can be varied to adjust the labyrinth-seal clearance. In addition, a magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor controlling method is also provided.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a direct exposure machine without mask, comprising a stage device and an exposure device. The stage device supports an exposed substrate, a surface of which coats with a sensitive layer. The exposure device shifts relatively to the stage device and includes a first exposure module. The first exposure module includes a light source, a penetrating scanner and multi-focus lenses. The light source outputs multiple beams arranged parallel to each other. The penetrating scanner includes a multifaceted prism driven to rotate, which has multiple facets. Each beam goes into one facet and out from the other to the sensitive layer of the exposed substrate. The multi-focus lenses are disposed between the light source and the multifaceted prism for focusing the beams to the substrate to be exposed.

    Abstract: A structure of heat dissipation of an electronic device includes at least one heat pipe and a cooler. The heat pipe has a condensation end and an evaporation end opposite to each other, and the evaporation end is disposed on a heat generating element of the electronic device. The cooler is disposed on a rack and has a chamber therein, and the chamber has an inner shell having a cooling fluid therein. When the electronic device is mounted in the rack, the condensation end of the heat pipe is inserted into the cooler and positioned into the inner shell. The evaporation end absorbs the heat energy of the heat generating element, and transfers the heat energy to the condensation end, such that the cooling fluid dissipates the heat energy of the condensation end.
