  • Patent number: 7862280
Abstract: A saw tooth screw provides a screw thread divided into a first and a second thread sections. A plurality of slots, inclined with respect to a shank axial line, are disposed on each thread of the first thread section for dividing the thread into a plurality of thread segments, wherein each of the thread segment has a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface on two ends thereof; the first inclined surface is parallel to the second inclined surface. The thread of the second thread section is formed of a saw-tooth-shape by having recesses extending from a shank to an outer edge of the thread for debris of object to exit through the slots, thereby reducing the screwing torsion and increasing the screwing rotation speed.

  • Publication number: 20080050200
Abstract: The present invention in particular to provide screw thread divided into the first and second thread section. A plurality of slots disposed on each of first thread section, which divided into a plurality of thread segments, wherein each of the thread segment have a first inclined surface and second inclined surface on two ends thereof; the first inclined surface paralleling and incline to the second inclined surface. Accompanying with the thread peak of second thread section formed as sawtooth-shaped; therefore, during the operation, utilize the second inclined surface guiding, the first inclined surface to sharp cutting and remove off the cutting debris, hence to attain the lower screwing resistance, enhance the screwing speed and the tightness effects.

  • Publication number: 20050175432
Abstract: A screw including a head, a shank under the head in a whole body, and a thread helically built upon the outside trunk of the shank. The thread projects from the circular trunk of the shank and consists of an upper flank, a low flank, and an edge on the joint line of the upper and low flanks, and an even number of axial slots formed on the thread. Every axial slot is beveled with a back angle to form a tilt surface from the upper flank to the low flank to form a cutting edge for facilitating the rapid fastening with a smaller tapping torque.

  • Patent number: 6444914
Abstract: A clamping device for signal wires has a main body having a central through holes. A set of signal wires covered in a common plastic tube is passed through the main body. The end portions of the common plastic tube are cut off for the signal wires to pass through a respective one of through holes of a locating body secured between a front end of the main body and a front ring screwed onto the main body. The main body has a connecting portion that has several connecting plates on rear part for the common tube end portion to be secured in it by screwing a rear ring onto the main body rear part to press the connecting plates inwardly of the main body. The main body further has ornamental annular protrusions on the outer side, and the rear and the front rings have tapered outer sides.
