  • Publication number: 20250056692
Abstract: A control system for a lighting device includes a driving circuit, a current detection circuit and a control unit. The driving circuit is configured to output a driving signal for driving the lighting device to emit light. The current detection circuit is configured to detect a current of the lighting device. The control unit is configured to control the driving circuit to gradually reduce an average voltage across the successive wave periods of the driving signal for reducing brightness of the light emitted by the lighting device. In response to determining that the current of the lighting device corresponds to an unstable condition, the control unit obtains critical dimming information related to the driving signal that is outputted when the unstable condition of the lighting device occurs, and then obtains a limiting threshold for adjusting the brightness of the lighting device based on the critical dimming information.

  • Publication number: 20230340963
Abstract: A ceiling fan includes a carrier unit, a motor, a fan body, a light sensing unit, and a control unit. The light sensing unit emits a light signal, receives the light signal, and outputs a sensing signal related to a round trip time of the light signal. The control unit performs a safety procedure of: calculating a distance and a moving speed of an object relative to the ceiling fan based on the sensing signal; controlling the motor to rotate the fan body at a predetermined rotational speed when the moving speed is greater than a speed threshold or when the distance is between a first distance threshold and a second distance threshold; and controlling the motor to stop rotating the fan body when the distance is smaller than the second distance threshold.

  • Patent number: 11698077
Abstract: A remote control system for forward/reverse rotation of a fan includes a remote control and a forward-reverse rotation control unit. The remote control includes an operation module, and a first control module capable of outputting an operation signal which corresponds to an operation condition of the operation module. The operation signal can switch between a forward rotation mode and a reverse rotation mode to correspond to the operation condition of the operation module. The forward-reverse rotation control unit includes a double-pole relay that is controllable to switch between a first mode and a second mode and that is used to provide electric power to the fan, and a second control module that controls the double-pole relay to switch modes according to the operation signal, thereby making a rotational direction of the fan correspond to the operation of the operation module.

  • Patent number: 11646726
Abstract: A zero-crossing detector to be installed in a ceiling fan includes: a first terminal; a second terminal; and a rectifier, an adjustor and a feedback generator that cooperatively generate a current signal based on an AC voltage between the first and second terminals. The current signal has a non-zero magnitude when the AC voltage causes a potential at the first terminal to be greater than a potential at the second terminal, and has a zero magnitude when otherwise. An average of the non-zero magnitude of the current signal is greater when the adjustor is in a working state than when the adjustor is in a power saving state. The feedback generator generates a feedback signal based on the current signal.

  • Publication number: 20230116195
Abstract: A dual-motor driving device includes an input axle, a sleeve that is rotatable relative to the input axle, two rotors, a axle one-way clutch and a first rotor one-way clutch. Each of the rotors surrounds the sleeve. The axle one-way clutch is mounted between the input axle and the sleeve so that rotation of the input axle relative to the sleeve in a first rotating direction is prevented, and that rotation of the input axle relative to the sleeve in a second rotating direction opposite to the first rotating direction is permitted. The first rotor one-way clutch is mounted between the sleeve and one of the rotors so that rotation of the one of the rotors relative to the sleeve in the first rotating direction is prevented, and that rotation of the one of the rotors relative to the sleeve in the second rotating direction is permitted.
