Abstract: An impeller is provided, including a metal housing, a shaft, and a plastic member. The metal housing has a shaft mounting hole. The inner surface of the shaft mounting hole includes three or more contact points, and the contact points are closer to the shaft than other portions of the inner surface of the shaft mounting hole. The shaft passes through the shaft mounting hole and is affixed by the contact points. The metal housing divides the shaft into an upper section, a middle section, and a lower section. The plastic member passes through the shaft mounting hole and is in contact with the middle section.

Abstract: A semiconductor structure is provided. The semiconductor structure includes a semiconductor wafer and a test structure. The semiconductor wafer has a substrate having a scribe line area, a first die area and a second die area. The first die area and the second die area are separated by the scribe line area extending along a first direction. The test structure is disposed in the scribe line area. The test structure includes a test device and a first test pad. The test device has a physical characteristic similar to a semiconductor device fabricated in the first die area or the second die area. The first test pad is electrically connected to the test device. A first distance between the first test pad and the first die area gradually increases from a center region to a peripheral region of the first test pad in the first direction.

Abstract: A burning wick structure includes an upper half portion and a lower half portion. The outer diameter of the upper half portion is larger than that of the lower half portion. The bottom surface of the lower half portion is provided with an insertion hole for being inserted by an end of a cotton thread. The top portion of the insertion hole is further provided with an evaporating region. A porous region having a larger thickness is formed between the evaporating region and the top portion of the upper half portion. The porous region is formed with at least one ventilating region having a smaller thickness.

Abstract: A structure for forming a burning wick and a burning device with such burning wick. The burning device includes a hollow bottle body, a bottle mouth provided on the bottle body for accommodating the burning liquid, a bottle mouth cap provided on the bottle mouth of the bottle body, a heat-resistant ring provided on the top of the bottle mouth cap, a burning wick supported on the top of the bottle mouth cap by the heat-resistant ring and exposed outside, and a wick cotton thread connected to the underside of the burning wick and hung within the bottle body for absorbing the burning liquid in the bottle body. The burning wick is a ceramic body formed with an upper half portion and a lower half portion, and the structural density of the lower half portion of the burning wick is larger than that of the upper half portion.
