The shell includes thread and the thread includes one or more cuttings. The thread can be screwed into one end of the spring. The fitting part is placed into the threaded part.

When the belt is loosened, the frictional load on the wheel is decreased; and when the belt is tensioned, the frictional load on the wheel is increased.
