  • Patent number: 11984431
Abstract: A structure and a method of forming are provided. The structure includes a first dielectric layer overlying a first substrate. A first connection pad is disposed in a top surface of the first dielectric layer and contacts a first redistribution line. A first dummy pad is disposed in the top surface of the first dielectric layer, the first dummy pad contacting the first redistribution line. A second dielectric layer overlies a second substrate. A second connection pad and a second dummy pad are disposed in the top surface of the second dielectric layer, the second connection pad bonded to the first connection pad, and the first dummy pad positioned in a manner that is offset from the second dummy pad so that the first dummy pad and the second dummy pad do not contact each other.

  • Publication number: 20240088291
Abstract: A transistor includes an insulating layer, a source region, a drain region, a channel layer, a ferroelectric layer, and a gate electrode. The source region and the drain region are respectively disposed on and in physical contact with two opposite sidewalls of the insulating layer. A thickness of the source region, a thickness of the drain region, and a thickness of the insulating layer are substantially the same. The channel layer is disposed on the insulating layer, the source region, and the drain region. The ferroelectric layer is disposed over the channel layer. The gate electrode is disposed on the ferroelectric layer.

  • Patent number: 5054216
Abstract: A kind of leisure shoes of which the backs of the uppers will automatically recover their upright position when users completely extend their feet into the shoes. A deformable and stretch element is contained in a tunnel-like chamber hiddenly formed in the middle layer of each sole and extending from the front portion of the sole toward the rear portion thereof. The stretch element may protrude out the rear sole through an opening formed at the surface and extends into the back of the shoe's upper. An elastic means is contained in a cavity formed in the sole below the front portion of the tunnel-like chamber. The upward stretch or the downward compression of the elastic means will cause the stretch element above it to be pulled forward or be pushed backward, respectively, and in turn causes the rear end of the stretch element contained in the back to automatically move down or up, respectively.

  • Patent number: 5054227
Abstract: The invention is directed to a device which permits the automatic release of a plummet or sinker when snagged during fishing and permits a connecting line for a fish hook that simultaneously produces a baffling function. The invention consists of an assembly of an interlock ring fixed to a fixture cap which returns an elastic deformable member for connecting fishing lines and hooks and holds plummets through a fishing line connected to the interlock ring. One end of the elastic member is made with a large cover fixed head fixed to the fixture cap and interlock ring. The other end of the elastic member is made up of one or more connector strips, one or more of such strips having a large convex bulb between the end of the strip and the fixed head. The cartridge can be compressed to permit the forced movement of a fishing plummet over the bulb to a fixed position between the convex bulb and the fixed head.

  • Patent number: 4843755
Abstract: A buffer device mounted between an upper fishing line and a lower fishing line having fishing hooks attached to the end thereof which is inserted to protect the fishing line from being broken easily due to a large force suddenly applied thereon on a heavy fish being hooked. The present buffer device has a flexible and extensible rod member surrounded by an elongate coil spring, each end of the rod member is provided with an enlarged portion so to permit a corresponding shaped cap having a rotatable ring component disposed on the top thereof to mount on each end of the central rod with the coil spring restrained therebetween, whereby an abruptly applied pull force can be damped by the extended central rod in combination with the coil spring disposed around the central rod.
