  • Publication number: 20240097520
Abstract: An axial flux motor includes a rotor assembly and a stator assembly. The rotor assembly has magnets. The stator assembly has a circuit substrate, segmented iron cores, and a coil. The circuit substrate extends radially. The segmented iron cores are supported on the circuit substrate to be opposite to the magnet in the axial direction. Segmented iron cores arranged in the circumferential direction. A coil is sleeved on a segmented iron core. Holding seats of an insulating material correspond respectively to the segmented iron cores. A holding seat abuts with and covers a segmented iron core from both axial sides and the circumferential direction, and is used for winding the coil. The circuit substrate has slot holes. A slot hole is used for embedding and positioning a portion of a holding seat that protrudes more towards one axial side than the coil.

  • Patent number: 8033697
Abstract: An automotive headlight system and an adaptive automotive headlight system with instant compensation control are provided. The automotive headlight system includes a light source, a total internal reflection prism, a digital reflecting element, a freeform lens, and a multi-curve-reflector. The total internal reflection prism is used for redirecting and reflecting light beams from the light source. The digital reflecting element is controlled to switch to a plurality of states with regard to reflected light beams from the total internal reflection prism then compensation patterns will be promptly given during different states. The freeform lens is used for controlling directions of the light beams from the digital reflecting element. The multi-curve-reflector has a plurality of radii of curvature for reflecting the light beams from the freeform lens.

  • Patent number: 7267528
Abstract: A bearing structure for the blade of cooling fan, comprises a hollow cylindrical body and an outward extended seat whose diameter is larger than the body. The seat has a recess at the bottom. The body forms a long cavity and upward flange. This bearing is placed in the hub of the cooling fan; the blade rotor shaft is inserted into the cavity of the bearing, and the flange of the body works as a C-clamp buckling the round groove on the blade rotor shaft to confine the motion of the rotor shaft. The bearing design renders easy fabrication and assembly, good dust shield to keep the dust off the rotor and reduce the rotary friction and resistance to the minimum. In addition, the magnetic force is limited for the self-adjustment, which further alleviates the frictional resistance sop the service life the cooling fan is extended longer.

  • Patent number: 6960023
Abstract: A bearing for the blade assembly of the cooling fan, the bearing is made of the plastic steel material having an integrally formed cylindrical hollow body and outward extended large diameter seat. The seat bottom has a recess with screw thread cut along the inside wall. The bottom recess will receive a powerful magnet and a shield cap to cover. The hollow cylindrical body is a long accommodating cavity and extends upward to form a plurality of claws, each claw has a project point. The rotor shaft of the blade assembly will enter the accommodating cavity. The rotor shaft has a round groove to hold the project points of the claws in place. The rotor shaft is further attracted by the power magnet in the bottom recess so the rotor shaft is always kept along vertical center line, rotates in balance to achieve a stable floating rotation.
