Abstract: A thin film transistor includes a bottom gate, a semiconductor layer, a top gate, a first auxiliary conductive pattern, a source, and a drain. The semiconductor layer includes a first semiconductor region, a second semiconductor region, a first heavily doped region, a second heavily doped region, a third heavily doped region, a first lightly doped region, a second lightly doped region, and a third lightly doped region. The first heavily doped region and the second heavily doped region are respectively located on two sides of the first semiconductor region. Two ends of the second semiconductor region are directly connected to the third heavily doped region and the third lightly doped region, respectively. The top gate is electrically connected to the bottom gate. The source and the drain are respectively electrically connected to the third heavily doped region and the second heavily doped region of the semiconductor layer.

Abstract: A method for forming an isolation structure includes following operations. A trench is formed in a semiconductor substrate. A first insulating layer covering a bottom and sidewalls of the trench is formed. A charge-trapping layer is formed on the first insulating layer. The trench is filled with a second insulating layer. The charge-trapping layer include a material different from those of the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer.

The shock-absorbing mechanism is disposed in parallel with the shaft coupling base, and the two casters are respectively mounted on the shock-absorbing mechanism. The shock-absorbing mechanism includes: a base body; a connecting arm, with its one end rotatably mounted on the base body; a rotating base, rotatably mounted on the other end of the connecting arm; at least one limiting convex portion, configured on the base body, wherein the top of the limiting convex portion is optionally propped against the outer side of the connecting arm to limit the range of downward swing of the connecting arm; and a spring, configured between the base body and the rotating base.

Abstract: A handle or pull link for a trunk includes: a main pull link, an extension tube, an outer tube, a controller and a ratchet rack. Each end of the main pull link includes a square groove. The extension tube constitutes a square hollow post and has a link therein. The outer tube also constitutes a square hollow post. The controller includes a fixing seat, an engagement tooth and a control plate. Square grooves of both the extension tube and the main link engage each other with an adjusting rod penetrating through the extension tube parallel to the pull link by means of vertical square holes on each side so as to be movable up and down. The controller is fitted to the end of the extension tube with the link bar in the extension tube being connected to the adjusting rod and controller, while the extension tube is slidably fitted to the outer tube.
