Abstract: A shopping cart caddy body having a pair of elongated opposing edges and a pair of short edges spanning therebetween. A pair of coupling formations are incorporated proximate each lateral end of the body for affixing the body to a shopping cart. The coupling formation includes a support along each of the two lateral edges and along at least one longitudinal edge. A pair of cup holders are formed into the body, each cup holder being located proximate a respective lateral end of the body. The cup holders are sized, shaped, and located providing clearance for the insertion of a second cart into a cart nesting opening.
