  • Patent number: 10785886
Abstract: A mounting device for a consumer grade controller that allows for installation in an industrial application with reliability improvement features. The consumer grade controller is mounted to the mounting device using screws and standoffs, which securely fasten the consumer grade controller to the mounting device. The mounting device is compatible with an industry standard DIN rail allowing for easy installation and removal. The mounting device positions the consumer grade controller vertically with respect to the DIN rail to provide improved cooling and reduce DIN rail space. A power cable is secured with a built-in strain relief feature and held in place with a tie wrap to maintain pressure on the cable and preventing it from accidentally releasing. The mounting device, standoffs, and strain relief feature can be injected molded in one assembly for low cost manufacturing while still providing all the benefits that an industrial application requires.

  • Publication number: 20170105307
Abstract: Mounting device for consumer grade controller that allows for installation in an industrial application with reliability improvement features. Device is made of Nylon 66 polyamide, resistant to high voltage and chemicals common in industrial electrical enclosure environments, but not limited to plastic and can be made of other materials. The controller is mounted to the device using screws and standoffs, which securely fasten the board to the mount base. The mount is compatible with industry standard DIN rail allowing for easy installation and removal. The board is oriented vertically with respect to the DIN rail to provide improved cooling and reduce DIN rail space. The power cable is secured with a built in strain relief feature, in this case, held in place with a tie wrap to maintain pressure on the cable body and preventing it from accidentally releasing.

  • Patent number: 8545054
Abstract: Ceramic diode carriers (10) comprising a ceramic carrier body (2) integrally connected to ceramic cooling elements (7) dissipating heat, wherein sintered metallization regions (41) are disposed as conductors on the surface (3) of the carrier body (2). LEDs (13) can be fastened to the diode carrier (10), the electrical connections thereof being electrically connectable to the conductors. In order to produce luminous bodies from ceramic diode carriers (10), at least two identical ceramic diode carriers (10) are connected into an array.

  • Patent number: 6402359
Abstract: A porous paste, especially a plaster paste or slurry for producing sandwich-type plasterboard, is made in a disk-shaped mixer having a rotor rotatable in a mixing chamber by introducing compressed air or other pressurizable gas through a wall or bottom segment directly into the chamber so that the incoming pressurized gas meets the mixture with a shearing action along the wall or bottom.

  • Patent number: 4460335
Abstract: A blast heating apparatus includes an inner metal shell and an outer metal shell defining therebetween a gap filled with at least one pourable dry material, for example a mixture of SiC and graphite. To prevent excess pressure in the gap and to prevent condensate from entering the gap and attacking the outer shell, a piping system connects the gap to an area below the grate chamber of the blast heating apparatus.

  • Patent number: 4385670
Abstract: A method for measuring out and filling of pourable goods into packaging containers and an apparatus which functions according to this method are proposed. In order to attain high filling output especially in the case of voluminous goods, or goods having a low specific weight, a feeding apparatus for the packaging containers is assigned one after another a plurality of weighing devices each having one dispensing device. The weight values of the first partial quantities measured out and filled into the packaging containers are added up in a computer (S I-S II, .SIGMA.I+II-.SIGMA.I+II+III), which directs the last dispensing device to furnish the remaining deficient quantity.
