Abstract: A drum liner (10) is disclosed which is configured to be used with a drum (11) having a side wall (14) terminating with a top edge (15), a removable lid (16) having a lip (19), and crimp ring (17). The liner has a bottom wall (24), a top rim (25), and a cylindrical side wall (26) made of flexible material. The liner side wall has an exterior surface (27) and an interior surface (28). The liner top rim has a positioning flange (29) extending to an attachment lip (30) configured to fit about the drum top edge and within the drum lid lip. The liner side wall is heat sealed to the top rim positioning flange. The bottom wall is also heat sealed to the bottom margin of the liner side wall.

Abstract: A liner (10) is disclosed for use with a container. The liner has a liner body (11) with a bottom wall (13), a top wall (14) and peripheral side walls (15). The liner also includes a ween plate (21). The weep plate includes a radial array of protrusions (22) extending inwardly and downwardly from a generally planar base plate (23). The base also includes a centrally located circular fitment mounting opening (25). A hose fitment (29) extends through the liner top wall and weep plate fitment mounting opening and is sealed thereto so that a vacuum hose coupled to the fitment is in fluid communication with the interior space of the liner. The weep plate has a select width and length smaller that the select width and length of the liner to define a margin or marginal space (32) therebetween.

The central band and inner caps define a central compartment (33) which has an inlet port (34) and an outlet port (36). Each adjoining pair of inner caps and outer caps define inflatable side compartments (39) coupled to opposite sides of the central compartment. Each inflatable side compartment has a pressurized air port (40) to allow inflation and deflation of the side compartment. The inner caps have a lateral depth (d1) generally equal to or greater than a lateral depth (d2) of the outer caps.

The sheet is stretched over the mandrel bringing an annular portion of the sheet about the hole snugly over the tube end and mandrel.
