Patent number: 11530099Abstract: A plate advancement mechanism is configured to cooperate with a stack of plates consisting of alternating first and second roofing plates with alternately positioned indexing notches along an indexing edge of the plates. An indexer including at least one indexing tab that projects beneath the indexing edge of the plates reciprocates parallel to the indexing edge of the roofing plates between a first feed position and a second feed position. The indexer first feed position aligns the indexing tab with the indexing notch of the first plates and the indexer second feed position aligns said indexing tab with the indexing notch of the second plates. The indexer first feed position and said second feed position are coordinated with shuttle movement to release the lowermost roofing plate from the stack onto the shuttle by aligning the indexing tab (or tabs) with the indexing notch (or notches) of the lowermost plate.Type: GrantFiled: May 12, 2021Date of Patent: December 20, 2022Assignee: OMG, Inc.Inventors: Jonathan Wenderoth, Kurt M. Maw, Catherine Hildersley, Cedric Delmy, Peter J. Shadwell, Joshua S. Kelly

Patent number: 9646815Abstract: Integrated nanospray ionization package, comprising a nanospray emitter, a push button carriage with button element projecting through a bore in said package, an integral high voltage contact pin, a bore in said package for reversible protrusion of the nanospray emitter, a push-and-retract spring mechanism in which the range of forward motion of the emitter is not dependent on range of travel of the said button, and then upon actuation of said button element and spring element for retraction of said nanospray emitter, said nanospray emitter is pushed forward to establish electrical contact, and upon release of said button retracts and breaks the electrical contact.Type: GrantFiled: June 5, 2014Date of Patent: May 9, 2017Assignee: NEW OBJECTIVE, INC.Inventors: Gary Valaskovic, Ben Ngo, John P. Devlin, Kurt M. Maw, Ian Schon

Publication number: 20100112932Abstract: Ridge vents configured to cover an open ridge of a roof and allow a flow of air to exit from the open ridge through the ridge vents are provided. The ridge vents include a center portion having a length and a plurality of grooves. Left and right portions are connected to the center portion. The center portion is configured to flex along it's length, thereby forming a ridge vent angle between the left and right portions. The formed ridge vent angle is configured to correspond with a slope between roof decks defining the open ridge.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 26, 2009Publication date: May 6, 2010Applicant: OWENS CORNING INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, LLCInventors: Lawrence J.
