The amount of diamond particles having sizes within the first size range is at most 2% by weight, more preferably at most 1% by weight, most preferably at most 0.5% by weight of the product. Moreover, the invention relates to a kit of parts containing a toothbrush (1) and a product as above, wherein the product is a toothpaste. The bristles (2) of the toothbrush (1) may contain abrasive particles (3), such as diamond particles. The bristles (2) may also be capable of at least temporarily retaining diamond particles.
