  • Patent number: 11808399
Abstract: A sliding track connector for mounting objects to a track member using a twist or zip ties. The connector includes a body with a bottom surface, outer sidewalls, a center void, and a plurality of transversely aligned holes. In one embodiment, a post extends downward from the body's bottom surface and slides freely inside the slot formed on the track member. Attached to the post is a wide cap that, when twisted, presses against the inside surfaces of the flanges formed on opposite sides of the slot. In one embodiment, the post and cap are integrally formed on the body so that when the body is rotated, the post rotates inside the channel, and the cap becomes wedged against the flanges on opposite sides of the slot. One or two twist ties are inserted through the holes on the body to hold an object on the track member.

  • Patent number: 11686138
Abstract: A wall plate mounting system for attaching one end of a swing arm at a desired height and orientation to a vertical wall and attaches at the opposite end to a monitor and keyboard. The system includes an elongated body opened at one end with a center channel partially covered by two elevated flanges. The elongated body includes lateral flanges each with an upward extending ear. The ears are spaced apart and form a slot that communicates with the channel. Formed on the elongated body and under the slot are mounting holes. The system also includes an elongated template configured to slide freely inside the channel and under the ears. Formed on the elongated template is an elongated second slot and length measurement indices. During assembly, the elongated template is partially extended from the r channel formed on the elongated body at a desired length and locked together to form a jig.

  • Patent number: 11246785
Abstract: A foot pillow designed to be used by an individual with plantar fasciitis and suffers from severe foot pain when the individual attempts to stand or walk after resting horizontally. The pillow is a square or rectangular structure with a flat bottom and a dome or conical-shaped top surface. The pillow is made of elastic foam sufficient size, thickness and compression rating to support the user's arch when standing on the pillow's center axis. Because the pillow is domed or conical shape, the pillow has less arch support near its perimeter edge. During use, the user stands in place and repeatedly lifts and press both feet into the top surface near the pillow's center axis. Over a few minutes, the user lifts his feet and gradually moves them outward towards the perimeter edge thereby enabling the plantar fascia on each foot to gradually stretch before being fully extended when standing or walking.

  • Publication number: 20210388938
Abstract: A sliding track connector for mounting objects to a track member using a twist tie or zip ties. The connector includes a rigid body with a plurality of transversely aligned holes configured to receive a twist tie. The connector body includes a bottom surface, outer sidewalls, and a center void. At least two pairs of holes extend transversely through the sidewalls of the body. In one embodiment, formed or attached to the bottom surface of the body is a post configured to slide freely inside the slot. Attached to the post is a wide cap configured to press against the inside surfaces of the flanges formed on opposite sides of the track member's slot. In one embodiment, the post and cap are integrally formed on the body. When the body is rotated, the post rotates inside the channel and the cap becomes wedged. against the flanges on opposite sides of the slot. On or two twist ties are inserted through the holes on opposite sides of the connector body during use to hold an object on the track member.

  • Patent number: 10335662
Abstract: A method for performing balancing and squatting exercises that uses a kit that includes a clip attached to the brim on a hat or visor worn by the exerciser. Attached to the clip is a string that attaches to a weight. When the clip attaches to the brim the length of the string is adjusted so the weight hangs just above the ground when standing and when lowering to a squat position while standing on one leg or two legs. During use, exerciser stands upright with his arms extended outward and then bends his knees to a squatting position while keep the back straight. The exerciser identifies a spot on the ground and squats to place the weight over the spot. As the exerciser becomes more flexible, the length of the string is shortened. The kit may also include an optional elongated stick that extends over the exerciser's two shoulders.

  • Patent number: 10069290
Abstract: A method for attaching a cable or wire to a support surface comprising the following steps: selecting a connector body with a bottom surface, a coaxially aligned center void, at least two pairs of transversely aligned holes formed on the side walls of the cylindrical body configured to receive a twist tie extended transversely through the connector body, and a center bore formed on the center void; selecting a desired location on a support surface for attaching the connector body; inserting a connector into the center bore or attaching adhesive tape to the bottom surface of the connector body to attach the connector body to the support surface; selecting at least one twist tie and inserting it into two holes formed the opposite sides of the connector body and across the center void; extending a cable or wire transversely over the connector body, and; twisting the opposite ends of the twist tie together to hold the cable or wire over the connector body.

  • Publication number: 20180126243
Abstract: A method for performing different balancing and squatting exercises that uses a kit includes a clip that attaches to the front edge of the brim on a hat or visor worn by the exerciser. Attached to the clip is a length adjustable string that attaches to a weight, such as a golf ball. The clip attaches to the brim and the length of the string is adjusted so the weight hangs freely just above the ground when standing and when lowering to a squat position while standing on one leg or two legs. During use, exerciser stands upright with his arms extended outward and then bends his knees to a squatting position while keep the back straight without bending the waist. The user then identifies a point on the ground and squats to position the weight over the spot. As the exerciser becomes more flexible, the length of the string is shortened. The kit may also include an optional elongated stick that extends longitudinally over the exerciser's two shoulders as the exerciser squats.

  • Patent number: 9682303
Abstract: The kit includes an elongated stick designed to extend longitudinally over the golfer's two shoulders and a golf ball elevational tool that includes a clip that attaches to the front edge of the brim on a hat or visor worn by the golfer. Attached to the clip is a length adjustable, string that attaches to a golf ball. The clip attaches to the brim and the length of the string is adjusted so the golf ball hangs freely just above the ground. The elongated stick is placed over the golfer's shoulders and the head and neck are tilted downward towards the ball. The golfer then rotates his or her waist, upper torso, and swings his or her shoulders forward and rearward until the opposite ends of the elongated stick touch or pass the golfer's front mid-line axis without lifting the ball or causing the ball to excessively swing.

  • Publication number: 20160166911
Abstract: The kit includes an elongated stick designed to extend longitudinally over the golfer's two shoulders and a golf ball elevational tool that includes a clip that attaches to the front edge of the brim on a hat or visor worn by the golfer. Attached to the clip is a length adjustable, lightweight string that attaches to a regulation size golf ball. During use, the golfer attaches the clip to the brim and adjusts the length of the string so the golf ball hangs freely just above the ground. The golfer then places the elongated stick over his or her shoulders and tilts his or her neck and head downward towards the ball in a normal golf swing stance.
