  • Publication number: 20240121924
Abstract: A water-cooled heat dissipation module assembly capable of cooling a power module of a vehicle driving inverter system using a battery or fuel cell. The water-cooled heat dissipation module assembly includes a housing unit provided in the form of a housing having an opening portion at least partially opened at one side thereof. The housing unit and at least a part of a rim region of the cooling unit are made of a plastic material, and the housing unit and the cooling unit are joined to each other by plastic welding using a laser.

  • Publication number: 20050006181
Abstract: An elevator system using a variable gearbox(28) and a feedback control(30) for the generation of driving force in up and down directions from the potential difference of the load(12) and the counterweight(10). The invention connects load and counterweight by a feedback controlled variable gearbox. The operation of the invention is consist of three steps: first, measuring the weight of load, second, setting the initial rate of the variable gearbox using the weight information so that enough amount of gravitational force can act in the desired direction, then the car will move at a constant acceleration, third, controlling the rate of the variable gearbox using the signal from the position sensor(32) in order to optimize the speed and position of the car. The invention will get rid of the main driving motor and reduce a lot of energy consumption.

  • Patent number: 6084726
Abstract: A yoke includes a shaft upwardly protruding from the bottom and a plurality of magnets mounted at a certain interval along the inner periphery surface of the yoke. A lens holder is movably connected with the yoke through the shaft, and has a plurality of winding coils at positions opposite to the plurality of magnets respectively. At least two laser openings are formed in the lens holder in parallel with a laser beam axis direction. Lens containing portions are formed on upper portions of the laser openings in order for an objective lens for the compact disc(CD) and an objective lens for the digital video disc(DVD) to be accommodated. Each of the plurality of magnets is formed in a two-body type. The plurality of magnets are constituted with a plurality of first magnets polarized in parallel with the laser beam axis direction and a plurality of second magnets polarized perpendicular with the laser beam axis direction, the first magnets and the second magnets are alternately mounted.

  • Patent number: 5956188
Abstract: The yoke is formed in a cylindrical shape and has a curved surface for adjusting the tilt of the optical pickup actuator. The cover is engaged with the yoke and is formed to accommodate the lens holder. The cover includes an adjustment screw engagement portion protruding in a radial direction on the outer periphery of the cover, the spring hanger portion protruding in a radial direction on the outer periphery of the cover, and a shaft protruding from the bottom of the cover. The base has an adjustment groove and a spring fixing protrusion. The adjustment groove accommodates an adjustment screw, the adjustment screw engagement portion is engaged with the cover through the adjustment screw accommodated in the adjustment groove, and the spring fixing protrusion is engaged with the spring hanger portion through the spring.
