Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming an interlayer insulating layer on a substrate, forming a first mask layer on the interlayer insulating layer, forming a second mask layer and a first spacer on the first mask layer, forming a photoresist pattern on the second mask layer, forming a second mask pattern by patterning the second mask layer through a first etching process, forming a first mask pattern by patterning the first mask layer through a second etching process, forming a trench by etching a portion of the interlayer insulating layer through a third etching process, and forming an interconnection pattern within the trench. A width of the first mask pattern after the second etching process is less than a width of the photoresist pattern.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a correction tape applicator or a transfer tape dispenser which is adapted to be used to correct markings, for example, such as characters, numerals, and the like recorded on a sheet of paper, or adhere sheets of paper to each other. According to the correction tape applicator of the present invention, a tape cartridge directly applied to the application work is completely protectively accommodated within a casing so that it can be used more stably for a long time period to improve durability to thereby achieve economic efficiency. Also, the tape cartridge can be easily disengaged from and engaged with the casing to enhance convenience of use, and an opening/closing space of a cover can be minimized to achieve miniaturization of the casing.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an adhesive tape dispenser which receives an adhesive tape coated with coating substance such as bonding substance in order to stick the same to a surface of a sheet. The adhesive tape dispenser includes a guide tip pivotally mounted on a leading end of a tape-supporting frame in such a manner as to be rotated at a predetermined angle so that a tape can be easily used and coating substance of the tape can adhere well to a wide area of the sheet surface while maintaining a proper degree of elasticity.

According to conventional art, the whole main body should be moved in order to protect the leading end of the correction tape, which needs much force and is difficult to handle it with one finger. The protector which is installed in a correction tape roller device includes a guide groove which is formed lengthwise along both the sides near the end of the tape guide, guide protrusions which are installed in parallel and spaced by a predetermined distance near the end of the tape guide, for preventing the correction tape from being beyond a predetermined path, and a moving cap surrounding the guide protrusions to protect the correction tape passing between the guide protrusions, and installed to be moved by a predetermined distance along the guide groove to cover the leading end of the correction tape as necessary.

The correction material roller device includes a first cog wheel for rotating a first roller, a second cog wheel for rotating according to a rotational degree of the first cog wheel, such that the tape from which the correction material has been peeled off is wound around the first roller, and a third cog wheel rotatably installed on one side of the inner surface of the case while being engaged with the first cog wheel. The third cog wheel is provided with a protrusion guiding the tape passing through the tape guide to control the tape tension so that the tape does not become loose.

Abstract: This design, regarding to the correction tape, while former correction tapes have a possibility that dust or foreign materials stick on it, and are unhandy to carry, protects correction tape with a cap and cap holder when not in use. Also when in use, a cap can be placed on holder and it is handy to carry with an installation of clip, ring on the surface of the case and used for correction of writing errors or omitted words.

Abstract: A correction tape roller device which can be easily refilled is provided. It is difficult to shorten the distance between the first and second shafts in the conventional tape roller device of the prior art thereby causing the prior art device to be of a relatively large volume. The correction tape roller device of the present invention uses an inscribed plate and a pinion which reduces the distance between the first and second shafts and improves the an entire spatial use efficiency. A tape guide can be disassembled from a main body of the correction tape roller device, as necessary, and the angle of assembly can be altered, which facilitates correction of typographical errors on paper.
