  • Patent number: 6929671
Abstract: The present invention relates to a combination air purifier and wind generator. The combination air purifier and wind generator includes a wind-receiving unit installed on a central shaft for driving an electric generator mounted in a housing, and an air purifier. The wind-receiving unit includes a governor fixed to an upper end of the central shaft, a spherical blower installed in the middle of the central shaft, and planar magnetic rotary plates installed at a lower end of the central shaft for receiving both artificial and natural winds. Lower magnets are attached to the top of the housing while upper magnets having the same polarity as the lower magnets are attached to the bottoms of the magnetic rotary plates to face the lower magnets. The air purifier includes two air inlets; one air outlet; a copper net, a silver net and a hard charcoal/zeolite net disposed within the air purifier for purifying air introduced thereinto; and a blower interposed between the silver net and the hard charcoal/zeolite net.

  • Publication number: 20050127292
Abstract: A pattern is inspected by acquiring a scanning electron microscope picture of an inspection pattern, and acquiring a scanning electron microscope secondary electron signal profile of the inspection pattern. A determination is made as to whether the inspection pattern is defective by comparing the scanning electron microscope picture of the inspection pattern to a scanning electron microscope picture of a sample pattern, and by comparing the scanning electron microscope secondary electron signal profile of the inspection pattern to a scanning electron microscope secondary electron signal profile of a sample pattern.

  • Patent number: 6855458
Abstract: Disclosed is a non-aqueous electrolyte composition for batteries, which is composed of a mixture of a fluorobenzene component and a carbonic acid ester component in which the volume ratio of the fluorobenzene component to the carbonic acid ester component ranges from 50:50 to 5:95. The non-aqueous electrolyte composition has a significant advantage over electrolyte compositions employing carbonic acid ester solvents only, in terms of low temperature performance, cell life, and high-temperature dischargeability.

  • Publication number: 20030098372
Abstract: Disclosed is a showerhead of a CVD apparatus comprising a plate having an empty inside and provided with a plurality of injection holes at one surface thereof; and gas supplying pipes installed at the plate so as to supply gas, wherein introduced gas thereto is injected to an upper space of the wafer through the injection holes, the plate is divided in a radial manner on the basis of a center point to be divided into a plurality of sectors having respective inner spaces independently, and the gas supplying pipes are connected to the respective sectors. According to that, gas can be independently supplied to each sector of the showerhead, thereby easily applying the CVD apparatus not only to a batch type process but also to an atomic layer deposition method.
