    Abstract: Methods of forming planar RRAM and vertical RRAM with tip electrodes and the resulting devices are provided. Embodiments include forming a first metal oxide layer on a first dielectric layer; forming and patterning a mask layer over the first metal oxide layer; etching the first metal oxide through the mask layer to form openings for a first and second metal electrodes; removing the mask layer; forming the first and second metal electrodes in the openings; and forming a second metal oxide layer over the first and second metal electrodes, wherein the first and second metal electrodes are v-shaped in top view with tips of the first and second metal electrodes facing each other and a portion of the second metal oxide layer being formed between the tips of the first and second electrodes.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a chemically decomposable thermosetting resin composition for recycling a fiber-reinforced composite, including an epoxy resin, a multifunctional glycidyl-ester-based compound, an additive having a hydroxyl group on at least one of terminals of a main chain thereof, and an acid-anhydride-based curing agent, thus exhibiting excellent chemical decomposition performance in a basic solution and a high glass transition temperature. A method of dissolving the thermosetting resin composition is also provided. Thereby, a thermosetting composite material containing a thermosetting resin of the invention enables recycling of carbon fiber through hydrolysis, and thus the carbon fiber recycling industry and the recycled resin industry can be newly expanded. The thermosetting resin can be applied to fields using not only carbon composite materials but also general thermosetting resins, and can be hydrolyzed in a basic solution, which can significantly reduce landfill or disposal costs.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an adhesive composition for optical use, which includes rubber and may be chemically cross-linked through an appropriate curing process, and as a result, may secure excellent long-term durability, water vapor transmission resistance, and chemical resistance, and includes an isobutylene-isoprene rubber having an acrylic acid ester-based functional group in a main chain thereof, a photoinitiator, and a tackifier in order to provide optical characteristics sufficient to be used for optical use. The present invention provides a method for preparing the adhesive composition for optical use, and it is possible to obtain the adhesive composition for optical use, which includes a chemically cross-linkable rubber by the method. Further, the present invention provides an adhesive film for optical use, and excellent long-term durability and optical characteristics may be implemented by applying the adhesive film for optical use to a wide range of electronic devices.

The circuit also includes a feedback stage configured to generate the feedback signal based on an amplitude of an output voltage at an output. The at least one switch can be controlled via the respective at least one switching signal to provide a primary current through a primary winding of the transformer to induce a secondary current through a secondary winding of the transformer to generate the output voltage. The power stage further includes a self-driven synchronous rectifier stage coupled to the secondary winding to conduct the secondary current from a low voltage rail through the secondary winding.
