  • Publication number: 20230269995
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device having an organic semiconductor material is provided. The method includes performing a large-area solution shearing step to form a monolayer (1L) or bi-layer (2L) C10-DNTT crystals with low shearing speed and forming Au electrodes by thermal evaporation on a wafer. The large-area solution shearing step is performed at a temperature in a range between about 60° C. and about 65° C. and with a shearing speed in a range between about 2 ?m/sand about 3 ?m/s. The 1L or 2L crystals have single-crystalline domains extending over several millimeters. An organic field-effect transistor (OFET) comprising an active layer that comprises a monolayer (1L) or bi-layer (2L) C10-DNTT crystals formed according to the method is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20220084440
Abstract: Disclosed is a 3D physical replica of a cardiac structure or a vascular structure and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment, a method for manufacturing a 3D physical replica of a cardiac structure comprises: printing an inner mold according to a 3D model of the cardiac structure; casting a biomimetic material on an outer surface of the inner mold; and solidifying the casted material to form the 3D physical replica of the cardiac structure, wherein the solidified material is stretchable.

  • Patent number: 10892583
Abstract: An expandable and upgradeable universal socket, including a socket body and a function module. The function module is replaceable and upgradeable, and is detachably fixed to the socket body. A power circuit of the function module is separably connected to a power circuit of the socket body to enable the function modules to plug and play. A space is provided in the socket body to accommodate the functional module, and a surface of the socket body is provided with a function area corresponding to the function module. Various expanded function modules can be matched and arranged in the reserved space. Small electronic components can be accommodated in the socket bottom box, and the number of external power transformers are reduced, which saves space, reduces exposed wires and beautifies the appearance. There is no need to replace the entire socket when upgrading the socket, which is environmentally friendly and energy saving.

  • Patent number: 8898056
Abstract: The present invention relates to blind source separation. More specifically certain embodiments relate to the blind source separation using frequency domain processes. Aspects of the invention relate to methods and systems for receiving a set of frequency-domain first signals, and then separating the set of frequency-domain first signals into a set of frequency-domain second signals. The frequency-domain second signals may have a set of separated frequency-domain second signal elements corresponding to individual frequencies wherein each frequency-domain second signal element is assigned an identifier. The identifier may indicate which of the set of frequency-domain second signals includes the frequency-domain second signal element. Some aspects also include reordering the identifiers corresponding to at least one frequency to improve coherence of the frequency-domain second signals and to produce a set of frequency-domain third signals.

  • Publication number: 20080208538
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for source separation include a converged plurality of coefficient values that is based on each of a plurality of M-channel signals. Each of the plurality of M-channel signals is based on signals produced by M transducers in response to at least one information source and at least one interference source. In some examples, the converged plurality of coefficient values is used to filter an M-channel signal to produce an information output signal and an interference output signal.
