Abstract: A thin film transistor array substrate and a fabricating method for simplifying a process and reducing a manufacturing cost. In the thin film transistor array substrate, a gate line is formed on a substrate and a gate insulating film is formed on the gate line. A data line is provided in such a manner to intersect the gate line with having the gate insulating film therebetween, and contains any at least one of tungsten silicide (WSix), cobalt silicide (CoSix) and nickel silicide (NiSix). A thin film transistor is provided at each intersection between the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode is provided at a pixel area defined by each intersection between the gate line and the data line and is connected to the thin film transistor.

An open API unit is common to upper applications on the basis of a wired network interface and provides an API that is a communication function realized as components. A communication capability providing unit combines the API with the contents selected by the contents provider, and adds a communication function to the contents on the basis of usable network resources. The contents providing unit provides contents in which a communication function is added.

Abstract: An open API gateway unit provides an open API communication interface for the wired/wireless integrated network. An open API unit grasps communication characteristics of the terminal unit and accommodates a plurality of application functions for the communication services provided to the terminal unit. An open API communication server unit registers the communication characteristics of the terminal unit and provides voice and/or text communication services for the disabled person depending on the registered communication characteristics of the terminal unit. A voice and text conversion unit converts data received from the open API communication server unit into voice and/or text having a format of requested service data depending on the characteristics of the disabled person, and returns the voice and/or text to the open API communication server unit.
