  • Publication number: 20230366567
Abstract: An absorption vacuum dehumidification system includes a vacuum section, an absorber, a desorber, a photovoltaic energy supply, a heat exchanger, a condenser, and a desiccant solution. The vacuum section has a feed side and a permeate side and comprising a hydrophilic membrane that separates the feed side than the permeate side. The absorber is connected to the permeate side of the vacuum section. The desorber is connected to the absorber to form a desiccant solution cycle path between the absorber and the desorber. The photovoltaic energy supply configured to power a heat source that provides hot liquid into the desorber. The heat exchanger is connected to the desiccant solution cycle path. The condenser is connected to the desorber. The desiccant solution flows along the desiccant solution cycle path.

  • Publication number: 20230357334
Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical formulations, and relates to a composition comprising a derivative of a wild-type cell-penetrating peptide penetratin and a drug having positive charge under physiological pH conditions. The derivative of the wild-type cell-penetrating peptide penetratin is a lipophilic derivative designed by using the wild-type cell-penetrating peptide penetratin, and the molecule is positively charged as a whole under physiological pH conditions. Said composition of the present invention, as an ocular drug delivery system, can enable a drug positively charged under physiological pH conditions to be absorbed to the posterior segment of the eye by means of eye dropping, thereby providing a new route for achieving ocular delivery of a drug positively charged under physiological pH conditions.

  • Patent number: 11577193
Abstract: The present invention provides a heat-driven adsorption vacuum dehumidification system including a vapor adsorption apparatus having a water permeable hydrophilic membrane separating the apparatus into at least a feed section and a low-pressure or vacuum section (evaporator), and providing a water vapor pressure difference to extract moisture from the air flowing through the apparatus into the evaporator, followed by adsorption in an adsorption chamber, and subsequently desorbed when acted as a desorption chamber to form water vapor which is condensed in a condenser. Adsorption and desorption chambers inter-change periodically to form a complete system cycle. Heating of chamber/compartment can be from waste heat or a renewable source in the absence of any electricity supplied externally. Related method for using a heat-driven adsorption vacuum dehumidification system to remove moisture from the air is also provided.

Abstract: Systems and techniques for controlling a mobile robot. In an example, the system may include a processor and memory, including instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to determine a state of the mobile robot. The state of the mobile robot may be determined using at least one of: data provided by the mobile robot or data captured by one or more sensors proximate to or attached to the mobile robot. The system may determine a state of an object proximate to the mobile robot using the data captured by the one or more sensors, and identify information relating to one or more available stopping points. The system may identify a condition of the mobile robot that requires the mobile robot to stop and issue a command to the mobile robot to navigate to a particular one of the one or more available stopping points.

  • Patent number: 10931527
Abstract: Various methods and systems for implementing an autonomous configuration system for configuring a service infrastructure are provided. An autonomous configuration system implements a service infrastructure configuration manager to identify discovered configuration data. The discovered configuration data supports circumventing a routing protocol for service infrastructure communications via an edge infrastructure, such that, the service infrastructure is alternatively configured to access remote configuration data based on the discovered configuration data. The discovered configuration data is discovered based an autonomous discovery service (e.g., sniffing service or a casting service). An initial configuration state is configured in the service infrastructure, based on the discovered configuration data. The service infrastructure can communicate with a service provider infrastructure associated with the service infrastructure to access the remote configuration data.
