  • Publication number: 20230035545
Abstract: The present invention relates to a cold-rolled steel sheet comprising: a base steel sheet; and a nickel or nickel alloy coating layer formed on the base steel sheet, wherein the adhesion amount of the nickel or nickel alloy is 50 mg/m2 or less. According to the present invention, provided are a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing for manufacturing same. In the high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet, a metal layer is coated on a cold-rolled steel sheet to a thickness of nanometers, followed by annealing, thereby suppressing the formation of oxides of Si, Mn, and the like on the surface of the steel sheet to within a range in which the elution of Fe is not suppressed, and thus the high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet has improved phosphatability.

  • Publication number: 20120273409
Abstract: A hollow fiber membrane is formed by embedding a braid having a spiral open weave of monofilaments only, to avoid a “whiskering” problem common in prior art multifilament braid-supported tubular membranes. The open weave is characterized by contiguous, circumferential, rhomboid-shaped areas of polymer film separated by monofilaments. When the braid is supported on a plasticized PVA cable it can be infiltrated with membrane polymer which, when coagulated embeds the braid positioning it around the lumen. The spiral weave, free of any circumferentially constricting monofilament, when embedded in film, allows the membrane to be biaxially distensible. In other words, the membrane has “give” not only in the axial or longitudinal direction but also in the radial direction. “Give” in the radial direction permits soiled membranes to be backwashed under higher pressure than in a comparable braid which is not radially distensible.

  • Patent number: 5547492
Abstract: A method for recovering argon and hydrogen simultaneously from a feed mixture comprising argon, hydrogen, methane, nitrogen, ammonia, and moisture by passing a two stage adsorption separation (PSA). The feed gas including 4-6% hydrogen is sent to the first stage PSA to obtain a product hydrogen during the first period of adsorption step, and to obtain an intermediate product of argon and hydrogen mixture during the next period of adsorption step. The adsorbed gases are evacuated and sent to fuel gas. The intermediate product argon and hydrogen mixture is sent to the second stage adsorption bed. The effluent of adsorption step is recovered as another product hydrogen. After the adsorption step, the second stage adsorber is undergone concurrent blowdown, pressure equalization, argon recovery, argon purge, desorption production of argon, pressure equalization, pressurization with product hydrogen. Through such cyclic operation of two-stage PSA, high purity argon and hydrogen are recovered simultaneously.
