Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composition for promoting plant growth containing an YxaL protein and a method for mass-producing an YxaL protein. The YxaL protein may be expressed constitutively and in large amounts in a recombinant transformed cell line. When the YxaL protein is applied to seed soaking treatment, root development is improved, and the expression of plant genes involved in root growth is improved in favor of plant growth. Thus, the YxaL protein may be effectively used to promote plant growth.

Abstract: A navigation system with a function of hiking trail guide, and a method for hiking trail guide are provided. The system includes a mountain map database for storing mountain map data on mountain hiking trail and buildings; an altitude measuring unit for measuring an altitude; a GPS (global positioning system) module for receiving each position signal, calculating a self position, measuring a direction, and outputting information on the self position and the direction; and a controller for receiving position, direction, and altitude information, map-matching the received information, receiving a destination, searching for a path from the calculated position to the received destination, mapping the searched path, and performing the hiking trail guide along the searched path.
