  • Patent number: 11996844
Abstract: A duty cycle correction circuit includes a duty correction circuit, an information generation circuit and a duty control circuit. The duty correction circuit corrects a duty rate of an input clock signal based on a duty control code to generate an output clock signal. The information generation circuit compares a difference between operation power voltages based on an operation mode to generate voltage information. The duty control circuit receives the voltage information from the information generation circuit and generates the duty control code that includes the voltage information based on a duty rate of the output clock signal.

  • Patent number: 11922880
Abstract: A current supply circuit according to the present disclosure may include a voltage/current converter configured to convert, into a data current, a data voltage received from a data driving circuit and a first current mirror circuit configured to mirror the data current so that a light-emitting diode (LED) current flows into an LED array. The data current may be adjusted based on a greyscale value of the LED array.

  • Patent number: 5963015
Abstract: An external battery charger for supplying power from an AC adapter both to a portable electronic device and a battery includes: a DC input port connected to a DC output of the AC adapter and an extra DC output port connected to a DC input port of the portable electronic device, in which the DC output port is connected to a DC input port of the external battery charger. A load current detector is disposed in a power supply line connected to the extra DC output port for determining an amount of current drawn by the portable electronic device. Preferably, this charger includes a microcontroller, in response to an amount of the load current detected by the load current detector, producing a first control signal representing a load current approximately equal to a maximum current rate designated by the portable device, and producing a second control signal representing an amount of charging current being supplied to the battery through a charge regulator.

  • Patent number: 5777457
Abstract: Disclosed is a battery charger capable of charging a rechargeable battery in accordance with three different types of charge modes. These three charge modes are constant current, constant voltage, and constant current followed by a constant voltage. A microprocessor receives as input signals from a battery indicating the battery type and the battery voltage. The microprocessor automatically outputs control signals which activate certain circuitry depending upon the inputs received from the battery. A regulator outputs a switching voltage that is converted into either a constant current or a constant voltage depending upon the circuitry activated. The circuitry provides feedback to the regulator so that the proper pulse width is output by the regulator depending upon the current or voltage sensed.
