The post is operable to be attached to the mounting surface by an engagement of the first mounting subassembly with the post and a snap engagement of the deflectable member of the first mounting subassembly with the second mounting subassembly. The post is operable to be removed from the mounting surface by unthreading the set screw and disengagement of the deflectable member of the first mounting subassembly with the second mounting subassembly and disengagement of the first mounting subassembly with the post.
