The dual lead thread extends along the outer surface of the body between the proximal end and the distal end. The dual lead thread has a first threadform and a second threadform. The first threadform has a first threadform length. The second threadform has a second threadform length. The length of the first threadform is different than that of the second threadform.

Abstract: An elongate profile for terminating a veneer component includes a fastening leg configured to be installed against a base surface. An edge leg extends from the fastening leg and is configured to provide a covering edge for a veneer component installed against the fastening leg. The fastening leg includes at least one fastener opening formed therethrough, the fastener opening configured to receive a fastener therethrough such that the fastener can couple the fastening leg to the base surface as it extends through the fastener opening and engages the base surface. A deformation region is formed in the fastening leg adjacent the fastener opening and is operable to deform as the fastener is driven into the base surface through the fastener opening such that at least a portion of material of the deformation zone extends into the base surface as the fastener is driven into the base surface.

The straw is comprised of a barrier material to minimize at least one of oxygen and vapor transmission through the barrier material. The sealboat comprises a sealing material, the sealboat contacting an inner surface of the sealboat forming a liquid seal between the straw and the sealboat.

The dynamic data minimization server may determine and apply transformation functions, such as encryption, to items of protected information, transforming those items of protected information into items of minimized information. If a requesting entity has appropriate rights, the dynamic data minimization server may selectively apply a reverse transformation function, such as decryption, to recover the original information.

Abstract: A system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a method for identifying care management program members to target for therapeutic intervention are presented. In example embodiments, the method includes identifying a set of candidate member data records from a plurality of member data records, and using data models to determine a risk score, a benefit score, and a participation score associated with each candidate member data record. The benefit score provides a measure of a propensity of the corresponding member to benefit from the therapeutic intervention program, and the participation score provides a measure of a propensity of the corresponding member to participate in the therapeutic intervention program. The method further includes identifying target members for the therapeutic intervention program from the set of candidate member data records based on respective benefit scores and participation scores.
