Patent number: 9533267Abstract: A multi-stage aeration apparatus includes at least two vertically oriented aeration modules. Each aeration module defines a vertically elongated aeration chamber having a top inlet and a bottom outlet. The bottom outlet of each of the aeration modules feeds a fluid stream comprising liquid and gas into the top inlet of an underlying one of the aeration modules. Each aeration module has an aeration head connected to the top inlet, such that the fluid stream passing through the top inlet into the aeration chamber must pass through the aeration head, the aeration head aerating the liquid with the gas in the fluid stream.Type: GrantFiled: January 31, 2013Date of Patent: January 3, 2017Assignee: Seair Inc.Inventors: Kyle Greene, Todd Webb

Patent number: 9315405Abstract: A method of treating produced water containing hydrocarbons includes introducing microbubbles of a lift gas into the produced water in a separation stage to float oil to a surface of the produced water. The top layer of oil is removed from the surface of the produced water. Microbubbles of an oxidizing gas are introduced into the produced water in an aeration stage to oxidize contaminants. Microbubbles of an ultra-violet light treated oxidizing gas are introduced into the produced water in an advanced oxidation stage to oxidize remaining contaminants.Type: GrantFiled: December 2, 2011Date of Patent: April 19, 2016Assignee: Seair Inc.Inventors: Kyle Greene, Todd Webb, Mike Zelen

Patent number: 9044708Abstract: An apparatus for treating headspace gas has a production water tank, a source of at least one of oxygen and ozone, a diffuser, and a reaction tank. The production water tank contains a headspace gas and a headspace gas outlet. At least a portion of the headspace gas is a sulfide gas. The diffuser diffuses a mixture of the at least one of oxygen and ozone and headspace gas from the production water tank via the headspace gas outlet into a liquid solvent. The at least one of oxygen and ozone oxidizes at least a portion of the sulfide gas as they pass through the diffuser. The reaction tank for receives the liquid solvent.Type: GrantFiled: August 10, 2011Date of Patent: June 2, 2015Assignee: Seair Inc.Inventors: Harold Kinasewich, Kyle Greene, Todd J. Webb

Patent number: 8661330Abstract: Embodiments of a computer system, a method and a computer-program product (e.g., software) for use with the computer system are described. These embodiments may be used to assist users while they are filling in forms. In particular, based at least in part on a current location of a user (such as a location of a portable electronic device associated with the user), an association with location and non-location information for an entity may be identified. For example, a predetermined relationship between the user's current location and the location of the entity may be accessed. Alternatively, a relationship between the user's current location and the location of the entity may be determined, for example, based at least in part on proximity. This identified location and/or non-location information for the entity may be used to fill in one or more fields in a form associated with an application.Type: GrantFiled: February 17, 2009Date of Patent: February 25, 2014Assignee: Intuit Inc.Inventors: Kyle Greene Kilat, Joseph W. Patent number: 8498910Abstract: The invention relates to a method for payroll notification. The method steps include obtaining, by a processor, a payroll rule comprising a message and a condition requiring a payroll dollar amount, obtaining, by the processor, the payroll dollar amount from a first paystub having a first gross pay and a first net pay for an employee evaluating, by the processor, the condition of the payroll rule, where the first gross pay equals a second gross pay on a second paystub having a second net pay for the employee, and outputting, by the processor and in response to the condition being satisfied, the message of the payroll rule onto the first paystub explaining a non-zero difference between the first net pay and the second net pay.Type: GrantFiled: April 30, 2010Date of Patent: July 30, 2013Assignee: Intuit Inc.Inventors: Lesley Kim Grossblatt, Lucinda Kathryn Foss, Sandra M. Publication number: 20120256011Abstract: A method of high flow gas diffusion is described involving the following steps. Firstly, positioning at least one diffuser in an upper portion of a vessel. Secondly, filling the upper portion of the vessel with a gas to create a gas zone. Thirdly, passing a liquid through the at least one diffuser to create at least two liquid streams that impinge upon each other in the gas zone in a shearing action that causes the liquid to interact with the gas. Fourthly, collecting and removing treated liquid from a lower portion of the vessel.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 21, 2010Publication date: October 11, 2012Applicant: SEAIR INC.Inventors: Harold Kinasewich, Kyle Greene, Todd Webb
