The device may select a target cell for processing the request, the target cell being one of the plurality of cells and being selected based on the primary credential, the cell registry, and the health information. The device may provide the request to the target cell.

The device may provide change information to enable logical replication of the addition to the data structure and the adjustment of the one or more sub-aggregate data structures on one or more cells.
